Would not respond after 3 emails sent to them and no phone number. This is straight up fraud.

I ordered some slimming drops and it says 180 days refund money back. So the drops didn’t work for me and I asked for a refund. I think the person who answered me can’t read English because I always get told it will get delivered soon. So I’m not a fan of them.

Sold the company I was working for
Sold the company I was working for, my new handler/consultant was not able to speak English, phone calls I had were not coherent, they had/have outsourced the roles abroad. They are not trained and the staff are clearly not intelligent. For example they wanted me to have training that is not required at my own expenses or lose my job? You try and argue that with the guy who uses a script and chatGPT. Then the obligatory begging from the directors 'I used to be a nurse, lets talk'. Why should I talk to you and help you make money off the back of my work whilst exploiting workers from abroad, hope it burns.

Massively delaying payment
My agency switched over to Altrix before paying me for my shifts. Took more than 2 months of constant chasing to get payment. And they underpaid me massively, still owe me about 100 pounds.
Unpaid wages
I have worked as a nurse for over 10 years, 4 years with TFS. Since TFS was taken over by Altrix, everything changed. I've never seen such lack of professionalism from a company up to this point. I was never informed about any changes and I have unpaid wages for two months now. Shame on you!
No competence or communication skills.
Never have any shifts booked despite using the booking system.
All seems to have been taken over by completely new teams.
I tried contacting my new consultant who couldn’t understand me on the phone and I had to spell my name multiple times. I wanted to discuss my compliance with them to see if they could send over links via Amaquis like the previous teams did so I could update everything in preparation for when it expires in May. Then 3 hours later received a notification saying my compliance has expired so I phoned up and again, nobody could understand me. Spoke to 3 different people in the space of 10 minutes and then eventually put through to compliance who told me everything had expired although my profile clearly says May and was told “the old team were doing things wrong” although I never had any issues with compliance for the last 3 years until now.
I asked why I hadn’t been informed if they were going to expire it and they said “actually we were about to call you but this only happened 20 minutes ago” actually - I don’t think they were about to call me.
My profile has now ‘expired’ and I’m unable to book any shifts even if I wanted to and have been told there is no supervisor or manager to speak to but I can send an email if I would like to.
I don’t know who is running Altrix now but a truly shocking experience.

Promise kept
I have read the reviews of others and have concluded that 99% of all the reviews are the same as my views opinions and experiences.
At a certain point in time,my Altrix support team could not even take my calls.
But my resilient consultant and other team members were able to help find a solution to my problem.
He said to me “Nelson “I am going to give you the number and email of the person that can help you with your problem at Altrix.
When I got the number and email everything changed. I started communicating with the new manager who happened to have worked with TFS for a long time and understands how things work when it was TFS and Soleus.
It was an exciting experience for me because everything I was saying he understood what I needed and how to solved the problems.He quickly makes phone calls and promised that he would help solve the problems.
The first surprise came when I was paid on the 14/01/2025.promise made promise kept.
On the 21/01/2025 I was paid on time.
I hope this trend continues,but I’m confident that it will, if those who know the job well are given the chance to work.

If i could give a 0 i would. Trying to get paid is a nightmare since TFS went to Altrix. Im now in debt because i cant get paid. You cant make a complaint, cant speak to a manager, cant speak to payroll, its a joke. Absolutely disgraceful. Everyone i know that got moved over without being told is having the same issues and is leaving.
I would strongly discourage any one from joining this company. TFS was amazing before this, i feel for the original TFS staff.

waste of time and confusing information
I tried to register with Altrix because when I looked at the app it was showing me that they have plenty of shifts in the hospital where I wanted to work. I wasted hours of my time to get compliant. I am in now and now it becomes confusing: I still can see the shifts on the app, but it looks like to work them I need to get a permission from the trust for me personally to book the shifts? And I was told by my consultant that the hospital in question is not taking on new agency midwives? This is very confusing, because the shifts are still there and there are quite a lot of them and they don't seem to be picked up. At present I feel that I've been robbed of my time as these shifts were the main reason I signed up.
Onboarding was fine, the app looks nice, the consultants are polite, but sometimes need to be chased up. No experience of getting paid, unfortunately.

I have been working with TFS healthcare since it started. Prior to Altrix and the app. I would get consistent shifts. Since the overseas based staff and lack of training there is very poor communication. They do not understand what my availability is. The days I can’t work they ring me 5am.the app is useless it only worked for two weeks now no shifts showing. I have contacted my consultant Mazhar khan absolutely useless no help or support. Keeps repeating saying I will sort it. It’s a joke I feel let down and disappointed . I will be joining the bank for NHS as I’m not even getting shifts. I ring but no answer. I have missed out on shift for today due to staff not contacting me. There is no email or complaints procedure. Who do we contact??. This review is from 22/12/2024

Absolutely awful company
Only giving 1 star because I can’t give none. I worked for TFS and Soleus for years with absolutely no problems. On the take over by Altrix I did one job in October, I had to chase and chase for payment. Firstly to be told that my account details had been lost. After they received my details again I still spent 2 weeks chasing to be told that I had been advised a different rate. I told the agency that I wanted the rate I was told due to bank charges I received but still had to chase for another week and only received my wages today 04/12/24 after threatening to contact CQC and whoever else I could find to complain to. I will never do any work for them again or recommend them to any one else.

Experience is improving
Below you can read my initial review. I am pleased to say that shortly after publishing, I was contacted by a senior member of the team, who has, and still is, working tirelessly to ensure my needs are being met, and all my concern's listened to and acted upon.
It’s clear that the transition from TFS to Altrix has not been seamless, which is to be expected, and I anticipate more challenges in the future. However, I am very reassured that those “at the top” have the best interest of their nurses in mind, and that’s very important to me.
13/12/24; The app works reasonably well.
I worked for TFS prior to working with Altrix.
Since Altrix took over TFS and Soleus, the service is poor, to say the least. Helpful and well trained staff have been replaced by staff who are polite, but appear to lack training and experience in almost everything to do with agency nursing.
I have had to chase payments (one of which was paid after 2 weeks, after I had chased it seven times).
The Altrix team appears not to be uk based, causing difficulties due to langue barriers and phone lines.
I brought a lot of business to TFS, but myself, and multiple other nurses who have just experienced the change over, will no longer be referring our fellow nurses. In fact, we will be actively encouraging the use of different agencies.
