Had a good experience with Alpha Smartphones. Placed an order on a Monday, and it was dispatched Tuesday and arrived with me Wednesday. The iPhone 8 was advertised as Refurbished Grade A; it came with no visible scratches or damage, except a slight graze on one of the corners, and with 89% Maximum Capacity on its battery.

Exceptional after sales service
I bought two iPhone 8s for my daughters, both stated as very good condition, one was immaculate, the other came with a screen protector on, we lifted the screen protector and found the screen was scratched, after very pleasant and helpful communication we returned the phone, one day later the phone was returned to us with a brand new screen. Great Service
I had ordered two phones, an iPhone X and a Samsung 7. They both came the following day, extremely quick service! I was well impressed. Both phones had been refurbished but I could not tell as there were no marks on them whatsoever.
From finding the Alpha website to making payment was easy. Plenty of choice of phones and easy to navigate the site.
