I am at my second trimester. I had very less knowledge about pregnancy and delivery. I was very scared before this session, since this is my first pregnancy. But mam gave me so many insights about pregnancy, especially the importance of mental health. The meditation which mam conducted helped me reduce my stress and anxiety about delivery. I am so thankful for this session.

I attended free workshop and it helped me to overcome my fears regarding pregnancy.

This session opened my eyes. I understood that this journey can be a calm and purposeful one. Usually I have my hormones all over the place. This program can help me have a comfortable pregnancy and help me have a smooth delivery.

I have joined 10 mins late, and seriously attending 45 mins of the workshop as I was doing work parallely. But believe me this 2 hours workshop has entirely changed my mind. Hoping if I would join the program, I may experience wonders.

It was abosultely worth it i am pregnant had 1 miscarrige before so was scared and sceptical abt this pregnancy so it helped a lot i am in intial stages of pregnancy but it heped knowing wat i was doing wrong and what i should start doing.
