I have learnt lot of things related to the pregnancy what should do for healthy and smart baby, What are the things need to consider during pregnancy and where we are making mistakes. Meditation session is really great when I was literally cried and don't have any words after that.

I attended a free workshop of mam. It was so helpful I got to now many things about pregnancy garbha sanskar that all the pregnant women should know and practice it. I felt so relaxed and stress free after meditation session she took.
Women should connect with her for a stress free pregnancy and for baby’s development with her guidance and positivity.

i had attended the workshop on aug 4, 24.it was an eye opener, helped me to know more about what exactly its pregancy and how to deal with all of its fear, and baby's developmnt.

Ma’am has a very calming and soothing voice. I being in my 9th month and close to my due date have been experiencing false pains even during the workshop and after ma’am shared her insights on various aspects specially the visualisation, I had very bad fears of labour and delivery earlier but post this I felt very light and relieved, even the pains reduced and I feel much better. Would highly recommend Maam to anyone seeking prenatal treatment. Thank you so much.
