Really helpful
A perfect 3 Hour workshop, which included everything related to pregnancy. The best part was 10 mins meditation that help me in reducing the fear of labor pain. Helped in boosting the confidence that prenatal programme can really help in Normal pregnancy.

I am 5months pregnant and have attended the workshop and it was something out of the world. Naushina Mam is super kind and sensitive and you automatically feel that you have someone with you in this difficult journey. Loved the experience😍

I am 5 months pregnant right now I attended the workshop on 8 September 2024. It was amazing to attend. I learnt a lot and I loved your energy. Really insightful, learned a lot about my pregnancy and the issues I am facing, how should I tackle them and such. The meditation was blissful. Felt my baby's moments for the first time. Thank you so much.

The workshop was amazing and insightful. I never knew the importance of garbh sanskar and meditation. Mam taught us beautifully and during labour visualisation i could feel my baby and knew that the baby was responding.

It was a great experience. Always felt that pregnancy workshop will only be for the sake of it but it was really useful and valuable. I’m glad I spent my time on a Sunday attending this workshop for the well-being of my child and me. I am sure I will follow the pointers mentioned by you. The visual meditation was absolutely blissful. Just amazing.
