It was mind blowing session it was blissful like never ever i have imagined this way this was very blissful and so smoothing and alot of things to learn and so much knowledge

The program/workshop helped me a lot as a new mom. Learned a lot about the journey and process of prenatal development.

The prenatal meditation for birth visualisation was absolutely great!

Naushina mam's overall explanation regarding garbha sanskar, ahar and other important prenatal practices that one needs to follow for having a healthy and intelligent baby was great. it was backed by scientific evidence and statistics. And the meditation to help ease labour pain related fear was amazing. really helpful.. made me cry and smile at the same time. thank you so much for that:)
