Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered 3 of these. Lesson learned.

I watched a video of a robotic vacuum cleaner & ordered two of them. In the video it looked like such a nice vacuum & at a great price. I am so disappointed since the two that I received are nothing like in the video. It doesn't even work. No directions came with it that I could read. Everything was in chinese!!!!
Can you solve this problem for me, please???

Empresa péssima e enganadora vigarista compramos uma coisa e eles mandam outra , aconteceu comigo comprei um aspirador robot com comando e eles mandam um pequeno aspirador de brinquedo a pilhas que não é nada daquilo que eles tem na publicidade e no vídeo que eu vi , não passam de uns vigaristas , comprei através da Pay Pal vou apresentar uma queixa a eles para ver se me devolvem o dinheiro que gastei

Bad... scam. I was shocked into a false sense of security with PayPal option. Thinking they are legit. Junk battery operated plastic crap. I'm hoping I can get my money back. And to the con artists... karma!

Did anyone experience the same issue with the direct debit set by allwayshop? I can't believe that they set a monthly payment and try to get money from my account.
this settlement did not appear in the list of authorised payment from Paypal neither from the bank. I don't know how they managed to do that.

Biggest piece of crap i have ever got as all other reviews have said dont buy, nothing like what i ordered just a bit of plastic...they got me dont let them get you

PIECE OF PLASTIC RUBBISH. THIS IS NOT A $229 ROBOT VACUUM, BUT A $17 EBAY PLASTIC THING, 2 WHEELS AT THE BACK THAT YOU CAN SPIN WITH YOUR FINGER, DOES NOT DO WET AND DRY, NO REMOTE.

They sent a different lower quality item. Not what I bought in the picture. A total rip off

ALLWAYSHOP is advertising V5S PRO ROBOTIC VACUUM and sending a toy in its place, which ties the money up for about a month by the time the toy arrives from China. Then PayPal gives Seller 10days to respond, then Seller wants you have to send the toy back to get your money back! Which ties your $ up another month! Pay Pal is in kahoots, as they make money on the cash flow of the transaction while it hangs in the balance for up to 2 months! They're just like the Exchange, earning everytime the money changes hands...or while Holding funds during Case processing. For example: V5s LifePro Robotic vacuum w Brush and mop functions and remote control being Advertised on Facebook by ALLWAYSHOP. WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST PAYPAL FOR NOT FILTERING THROUGH PRODUCT DISPUTES BY PRODUCT TO FILTER VARIOUS EMAIL ACCOUNTS IN SAME LOCATION (China, India) and Shut them down. Any seller can process payments through multiple EMAIL ACCOUNTS to stay below 1% Dispute Threshold! The $40 item times 1000 suckers is $40k!! Paypal makes a killing on CASH FLOWING THESE FAKE PRODUCT SALES BY SCAMMERS!

They advertise robot vacs that arnt what they send...cheating crooks...Do not buy you will be ripped off

They sent me a toy vacum. It is a fraud, someone has to respond. It's a steal. Do not buy in that store.

Why can't I give 0 stars? Everything everyone has already said is true. SCAM! Item received is totally different that what I ordered. It is a plastic piece of junk you would find at the dollar store. Stay away!
