I ordered a Perfect Life Smart Vacuum Robot -V5S PRO remote control for $59. The picture was a nice looking machine with a sort of rose gold looking top and video showed doing its thing. Instead of this I received a little piece of junk from China that doesnt do anything and not capable to do anything. I messaged them without a response. What a scam!!! I tried to make a complaint with Pay Pal but they kept coming back with so many more things to do being an aged person doing this on my phone. I finally just had to give up.

Bad product, I paid 67$ for nothing , they don’t deserve a one star rating there should be zero stars rating.

It’s a scam.

I am so angry because I didn't go to Trustpilot before I placed my order.
I got the same plastic piece of crap like everyone else.
Luckily I "only" paid $39.90 for this mistake...

The item I received was not as advertised. It doesn’t even move once batteries are in and machine is turned on. There was no controller in the pack and is just very cheaply made. I’ve made several attempts to contact them with no response. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!

SCAM..SCAM..SCAM! As everyone else has stated, I ordered the robot vacuum that they advertised. I received a toy. They are scamming people. They charge $65 for the vacuum you think you're getting. They sent you a $3 toy. Then you have to return it back to China and pay the shipping costs. So still, the company makes $62 off of everyone that orders one. I did file a complaint with PayPal and my money for the unit will be reimbursed. But I had to pay shipping to send it back so I'm out that money. I really don't understand why PayPal and Facebook are allowing this company to do business through them.

L'ho ricevuto oggi e nelle istruzioni in inglese è specificato il nome del prodotto "floor sweeping toy", un pulisci pavimenti giocattolo.Bella truffa!!

Comprato aspira robot . nella foto ordine era un altro. Quello mandato e' un gioco per bambini. Alle mail nn rispondono. Ma nn finisce qua.

Scam company! False advertising. I thought I ordered a robot mop/vacuum with charging dock and remote control. They sent me a fake child's toy that hums if you put some AA batteries in it. It does nothing else. Certainly not a vacuum or item good for any use. Not even a child would be interested in playing with this ridiculous toy. Scam company won't respond to my emails and now I must dispute the charges. They shut down their fraud website today, surprise surprise!

Keep away from this company! They cheat you and send you some worthless stuff instead of your order.
I happened to get my money back by PayPal, but I had to send the crap back to China on my own cost.
Meanwhile their website is down. But the will come back elsewhere.

Wish I could give this 0 stars! Ordered a remote control floor vacuum and received some kind of battery operated toy vacuum. Company won't return my emails so I don't even know how to go about getting a refund on this piece of junk item. Now it says their store page is unavailable. Don't buy anything from this company!!

We ordered a nice robot vacuum cleaner on allwayshop, but received some low cost totally ineffective piece of garbage. We asked for refund via Paypal and we have to send the thing back to CHINA to get a 59$ refund, and we have to pay for shipping it back. So we'll never order from allwayshop again and PayPal seems pretty useless, I would have got the same service with my credit card.

Este vendedor q utilizan la cuanta de Paypal para cometer fechorias y la política de Paypal se los permite..
Se le compra un artículo q anuncia con muchos lujos pero te envia una copia barata del mismo..
Pero cuando se le reclama solo pide disculpas y solicita la devolucion del articulo pero por DHL o UPS q cobran $120.00 mínimo por entregarlo a CHINA..

Esta es su bien planificada excusa...
Lee y aprendan como nos roban.. Este vendedor se equivoco y debe pagar por la devolucion de su artículo
