Shoddy packaging
The packaging in which the product arrived was totally substandard and did little to protect the bottle. It arrived leaking, with a broken cap that I had to throw away. I found another cap on different product that sort of fits but not quite, so every time I shake the bottle as directed the leak reminds me of the poor packaging.

Poor communication
Poor communication
I wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew they had to order the item in before it shipped to me. It took them a couple weeks to ship out. Then when I called they said they would call me back and let me know if it was going to ship in time. They didn't. Then when the website was never updated with shipping info I ask for a refund. The item arrived the next day so fine but I got a snippy email back. Defiantly wont be back.

While the order did take a bit longer than usual to ship out, it was delivered within 11 days of the order being placed. Three of these days were the transit time via Fedex ground. We are not sure what you meant by snippy email as this is what we responded with:

These were delivered to you on Monday 2/19/24 at 10:21am. The tracking number was uploaded the same Friday, they shipped.
