Couldn’t fault the speed of shipping from the retailer. Can’t comment on the product though as fedex haven’t delivered it so wouldn’t recommend that delivery service!

The order was returned to us 2 days ago due to "Insufficient Address Information". It may have to do with an incomplete address. When a customer tracks an order and sees an issue, they should contact us right away so we can correct any issue. Giving us a negative review without contacting us and finding out the facts first is not fair to us and just delays any possible resolution.
Great prices and service.
This was my second purchase that was delivered quickly and had fair pricing. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I was notified by a phone call that my order was cancelled due to supply issues. It wasn’t out until f stock the day I ordered it, but 1-2 days later I was called, which was a decent way to handle it.

The product I ordered had not arrived…
The product I ordered had not arrived after 2 weeks. When I called I was on hold for 30 minutes. The order had not been fulfilled. They did fill it and it arrived within a week after the phone call.

The order took extra time to be processed because the customer ordered 50 units of a particular product and we did not have enough inventory for the entire order. As soon as the balance of inventory arrived, the order was shipped. According to our records, the customer was emailed about the delay. Also, the order should have shipped around May 28. It actually shipped June 6 and was delivered on the 11th. So in essence, the order took about 2 weeks and not 3 as stated. That being said the, the order was delayed due to inventory issues.

They went above and beyond after my original order took longer to ship than estimated, then it got lost in the system at UPS for over a week. They sent me a new one because of the UPS mistake.

Was Searching For Omega 3 Fish Oil
My husky has copper storage disease, and can not eat regular dog food. GA Veterinary Hospital devosed a food plan of chicken, rice, & green beans, along with meds & supplements. One of those Omega 3 Fish Oil, has not been available from my normal source, or any places I contacted. When I contacted Allvet, they assured me they had it, I bought 2 bottles and they were to me in a few days! I was so relieved and thank them for being there when my Zeena & me, needed them most!

Likes to take your money, and not communicate.
Item was on backorder, yet the company billed my credit card, and no one bothered to tell me not to be expecting it. I had to ccontact them.

The statement posted by the customer is not entirely accurate. The item was not actually on back order, just out of stock. The order was charged and the product was ordered. We do not usually contact customers unless the item is not available or there is a problem with the order. There was a delay from our supplier in getting the product to us. This caused a delay in the entire process. The customer decided to cancel the order the same day the items arrived from our supplier. We advised we could ship them that same day but he still cancelled. The refund was processed right away. It is standard procedure to have an order charged as it is processed. We do not take anyone's payment unless the order is in process.
