​I booked a plumber to fix a leak with an agreed arrival time of 11:00 AM. The technician did not arrive until 3:00 PM, only to inform me that it was now too late in the day to start the work.
​Despite no repair work being carried out, I was charged £152. I was told that a specialist leak detection company was required first and that a manager would call me the following day to arrange the next steps. I never received that call, and despite making repeated follow-up calls myself, the company has completely failed to respond or get back to me.
​Paying £152 for a four-hour late arrival, no actual work done, and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

The locksmith turned up promptly and was professional and helpful. He worked hard to resolve the problem. He explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it as he proceeded with the work.

Excellent service arrived quickly, no fuss,got the job done . The man was polite and explained what he was going to do. Would definitely recommend if you have locked yourself out.

They came recommended, and in turn I'm recommending them! I rang them and explained my elderly brothers toilet had stopped working. This was a concern as he has a urostomy bag.
The company arrived at my brothers home within a 48 hrs period the toilet was repaired with professional attention and care from a very pleasant plumber, at a very reasonable price. For great workmanship and fair price, this company is not to be missed. Great all round and thank goodness for them.

Matthew attended and was very helpful. However did not make the full price fully clear. This was the only firm that offered to come out and help at 11pm so that was to their credit. Dearer than we expected but we have nothing to compare to as an emergency cost. Amendment. Found we were completely ripped off. Charged £540 to gain access to a flat and replace lock. The workmanship isn’t the issue but the charging is shocking. After complaining and a few emails back and forth, got some credit as a gesture of goodwill. Always pursue the complaint - don’t be ripped off!

I paid this company £1150.00. I finally got my EICR certifcate on July 28th 2026. The first arranged visit by an electrician was 3rd June 2026. The result of this visit was a report stating that remedial work was required and the estimated cost of this work was £900.00. This work was arranged for 17th June and an electrician spent three hours at my flat to fix the required amendments but left a socket in the kitchen not functioning. The electrician could not issue a new EICR certificate until this was fixed but he failed to show up on an arranged time to do the work. I was informed that this particular operative had actually left the company. Eventually on Saturday 25th July an electrician certified that there was in fact nothing wrong with the socket and on the 28th the EICR was finally digitally sent to me.

Ahmet was friendly, and did the job perfectly. Very professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly. No hassle at all. I highly recommend him to anyone needing great electrical work.

After having been let down by the first company I called for urgent response, I called here. Exactly one hour to the minute arrived a really friendly and knowledgeable chap who replaced the thing in minutes, approximately ten.

Front Door Lock Replacement - OVERPRICED on parts by 950%!! I was told upon inspection that I could get locked out at any moment so I went ahead with the cost of £500 to replace my front door locks. The cost of the parts were explained to me at the time however I was very naive in my understanding of this as after looking at the individual breakdown of the invoice I was sent once payment and the job was complete there was a huge 950% markup on an item! While I appreciate their would be an increased cost for parts than buying myself I was charged £150 for a part that is sold are online for around £16!! When I brought this up with customer service they said that "Our pricing reflects not only the cost of the part itself, but also sourcing, handling, warranty, and the expertise involved in completing the work safely and efficiently" however this does not warrant a mark up of this amount in my opinion especially as I made a separate amount of £78 for the labour itself. That is only for one of the parts, I hate to think how much the bigger part were marked up. The old lock was also left on the grass outside of my property. I remain extremely dissatisfied.
