Refurbished by these guys very professional, set of 4 back on the car in under a week.
Very reasonable in price. and the finished wheel's look fantastic definitely having our other cars wheels done.

I received a quotation of £380 to refurbish 4 diamond cut alloy wheels. The quotation did not mention any other repair costs. After dropping off the car, they did not inform me about additional repair costs. After 3 days, I received a call asking me to pay £310 to repair buckles on 4 wheels. I quickly checked the buckle repair cost from another alloy repair company, and they only charge £30 per wheel, even offering the first wheel for free. I informed them of this, but they insisted that it was their price and told me to either take the car back and still pay the £380 or pay the additional cost to repair the buckles. As I urgently needed the car, I agreed to pay them an extra £250 for the buckles.

On the day of collection, I checked the quality of the repair, and it was not up to standard. The diamond cut had damaged the paint at the edges (see photos). They told me that this was the best they could do and that even if they redid it, they could not improve it. I asked if they had photos or videos of the buckles, but they did not. In total, I paid £630 for 4 substandard repaired wheels. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

A very professional company, friendly and helpful. They refurbished two of my diamond cut alloy wheels for me and provided a professional quote that was accepted by my warranty company (other companies were not able to do this). They provided replacement wheels for me to use while mine were being fixed which was great. When I went back to get the wheels back, they looked like they were brand new. They also re-torque your wheels a few days later for their peace of mind which I thought was good. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

I've had the unfortunate need to visit the guys at Alloy fix twice in the last 6 weeks due to damaging my 2 passenger side wheels. My wheels are an unusual colour and at first the guys weren't able to match the colour, however they never charged me for their work and asked me to return so they could do them again. The second time they did the wheels the colour was perfect and the quality of work was extremely good. I unfortunately damaged the wheels a second time and took them back to Alloy Fix Romford, this time they made an excellent job the first time as they knew how to match the colour. I can't recommend them enough, they are very polite and friendly and they take pride in their work.

I recently had my corroded wheels refurbed by Alloy Fix and I must say that they are amazing at what they do. I was unsure how the powdercoating colour was going to come out for my car but they came out absolutely stunning. The team was very professional and courteous throughout the process. JUST COLLECTED MY WIFE CAR HAD 4 WHEELS REFURBISHED DONE A REALLY GREAT JOB. TOOK CAR INTO ROMFORD YESTERDAY AT 11.00 AM FAISAL WAS VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL EVEN TOOK A WHEEL THE COLOUR MY WIFE WANTED OUT TO HER CAR TO SHOW HER WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE .LEFT CAR THERE PHONE CALL THIS MORNING NEXT DAY TO SAY CAR WOULD BE READY TO COLLECT IN 2 HOURS AT 10.30 AM . CAR LOOKED GREAT AGAIN REALLY FRIENDLY MADE SURE MY WIFE WAS HAPPY WITH THE WHEELS ASKED US TO RETURN THE CAR TOMORROW TO RE TIGHTEN THE WHEEL BOLTS WHICH WE WILL DO. Dropped of Wheels in dartford for fix buckled Wheels price 70£ per wheel okay phone call same day we have found small crack from back side wasn't visible until they took tyre of, ok agreed to fix it crack more 70£,2 days later I'm calling how you getting on? O yes we fixed only 1 thing we have damaged front paint from welding and heating so now to repair paint it would cost me 120£ extra 🙄 this when i thought I'm getting robbed, i said if you have told me from beginning it's going to cost me all repair 260£ i wouldn't start this! But they didn't! Other wheel i had purchased on ebay for 147£ So if you want to be robbed go to alloy fix 👍

Ruthless service ,they hold my alloys for 4 weeks and they still didn't fix them properly, I went back to the shop to tell them I still got the same problem, there response was you need to pay again ,doggy doggy people and very unprofessional.

Customer service doesn't exist at Alloy Fix. I was told to leave an alloy with the shop on Tuesday, 25th April so it will be ready by Friday, 28th. Went to the shop they took out the damaged wheel and put it in the spare wheel. Call them on Thursday for updates, they replied that it will be ready by Friday. Call them on Friday, they replied that it will be ready by Saturday. Call them on Saturday, they replied it will be ready by the following Monday. I was getting constant delays until I lost my patience and tried to complain about the delay as it was a long weekend and I had plans to visit family but could visit them due to the delay of alloy. I'm talking about single alloy repair.

After back and forth, they agreed that alloy will be ready on Saturday. I received a call from them to collect it. I went there at 1 pm on Saturday and have to wait an hour to replace the spare wheel with fixed alloy 😠 Why give an appointment when you can't keep up with the time?

Finally, I have a repaired alloy on the car but was getting low tyre pressure warning on the dash. I thought it was due to the spare wheel being swapped with fixed alloy but I was wrong they didn't tighten the tyre valve stem properly and the air was leaking. To fix the issue I have to visit the tyre shop but it was a bank holiday and the tyre shop was closed. So have to wait until Tuesday to get the tyre valve stem fixed.

They have been refurbishing alloys for a long time but they didn't check the tyre valve stem. I wouldn't recommend them and if you're reading this review then learn from my mistakes and look somewhere else.

Faisal and his team were very professional.
They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with my situation, which was really appreciated. My wheels turned out absolutely brilliant and my car is driving even better than before.

Cracked a rim and had an awful drive after constant use of the M11. They lent me some alloys for my car after an urgent plea for help on the Friday. following Friday wheels were ready and the drive is so much better and smoother. Paid extra for the rim protectors which fingers crossed will protect the wheels. Also got the new centre badges and the little M badges on the wheels. I have used them in the past and would not hesitate using them again.

Booked my wheels in after seeing these guys on YouTube. Bought the wheels and tyres online and had delivered to alloy fix as I was working abroad. Customer service was brilliant and the wheels look amazing now I have them!! Would recommend 100%!!!!
