A proper butcher with proper meat joints
Great range of products and the website was easy to use. The order confirmation email said they'd let me know when the order was out for delivery but I didn't get an email, however the order was placed late on the 23rd and arrived on the 26th so I was happy with that. Everything looked lovely and fresh on arrival, and the brisket...well, I can't wait to get that cooked as it looks amazing quality with just the right amount of fat to help keep the joint moist.

The meat was delicious!
The meat was delicious; both the pulled lamb and pork.
The delivery was early which was great for us.
It was well organised and good explanations on why and how we should serve the lunch.
The equipment was efficient in keeping the meat hot and extras were available for us, like serving boards.
We chose to use our own condiments and bread rolls to keep the price down, a good alternative.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for caterers for a large party.
