From the first telephone call and to the many times we popped by to view houses Tanya was fantastic. Very helpful and always very thorough. She is clearly dedicated to her job.

Tanya and Damien have been fantastic with everything on the buying of my new property. Tanya for dealing with every question (there was alot) and dealing with me when getting stressed out made it a super easy and a friendly interaction. Damien has been faultless with everything from sorting every little teething problem I have come across, there and then . Second to none customer care and would highly recommend.

Tanya is lovely! Did so much for us and very happy.

Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Provided me with answers to any questions I had and gave me space to look around the show room without being pushy. I have the details I need for now but will definitely be back when the sale of my own house is further forward.

I moved into my new home last month and Allison Homes were very accommodating right from the beginning when I first registered my interest in their Wootton Grange development. The site and sales team kept me updated with progress and promptly answered any questions I had. I was slightly apprehensive purchasing a new build following some of the things you see online, but Allison Homes soon squashed any concerns I had by delivery a high quality build and fantastic customer service. I’m really happy my new home and would personally like to thank Richard, Charlotte, Ryan, and the site team Damian, Paul, Val, Simon, Louise, Courtney plus everyone else behind the scenes at Allison Homes for making it an enjoyable and stress free experience. I’d highly recommend Allison Homes as a home builder you can well and truly trust.

We are looking for a new home and Allison homes had come to our attention as being good well designed homes.
We made an appointment and had a 2 hour journey to the Wootton Grange Development. We were greeted with offers of refreshments and the toilet by Val and Sophie which was much appreciated!!!!
Having studied the details previously we had requested to see the Aspen V1, not a show home but ready for sale. Both Val & Sophie came with us and showed us around and gave us plenty of information regarding the house and development.
We were very impressed with the house and on returning to the office Val suggested we could look at the show homes just to see a “dressed” home even though it wasn’t a house we were interested in…WOW we loved The Willow!!!
Much information was exchanged and 🤞we will be buying a Willow in the near future.
We can’t praise Val & Sophie enough for the time and information they gave us and if they hadn’t of been so helpful and accommodating we may never have found what hopefully will be our next home.
We have been to other developments over the last couple of months and the sales teams haven’t all been so nice, friendly and non pushy.

We arrived without an appointment to 'just grab some brochures' and was able to be shown round the show home. Lovely Property and looking forward to the builds progressing to be able to look at our chosen style

We have been dealing with Val Duncan She has been so helpful during our process of buying a plot so far. Val has great customer service skills and will go all out to make sure you’re happy and fully understanding. She has great knowledge of the development and the builds too and is always there to help answer any questions we have had.
Would 100% recommend the developer, development and especially the staff. Val has been amazing!

James Willis showed us round one of the houses that are being built on the Wootton Grange and safe to say he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all of our questions! Would 100% recommend Allison Homes and James Willis!

We have just reserved a new home on Wootton Grange.the show homes seem good quality with lots of options to upgrade or pick from on included items. This will be our first new build so we were a little nervous.
Tanya has been patient and helpful with advice and detailed information to help us decide which plot/house could give us what we need. She has responded to questions via email or phone. Always been cheerful on our repeated visits. We never felt pressured to buy or a nuisance for our indecision. Now we start the formal process but this has been a very positive start.

Throughout all of the stages of buying a home with Allison Homes has been 10/10 customer service. We have been communicating with Tanya who has been nothing but lovely and understanding. It is so reassuring that we genuinely feel like we can ask anything, no matter how silly it may be.

We had a pre-plaster appointment with Tanya & the site manager (I cant remember the gentleman's name but he was also so kind and informative). What we appreciated was how they went through every little detail and really made it feel like our house, rather than just another plot.

Nothing but positive comments and we are so excited to see our finished home ❤️

Having initially walked into the first meeting with Val, very unsure on whether a new home was right for us, being greeted with a big friendly smile put us straight at ease. We are still in the early stages of our Allison Homes experience, but Val has been on the end of the phone ready to answer every question straight away since the get go, offering us reassurance & expert-idly guiding us through all our options. What was most impressive was that Val let the house sell itself, giving us the keys to the showroom & stepping back to give us space to make our own decision. It is very obvious the passion that Val has for the company & their standards. Val has tailor made a reservation for us based upon all of our conversations & taking into account what is important to us. We are very excited for the rest of the journey ahead & very grateful to have Val guiding us through.
