Had to request a return with paperwork to fill out and directions to send back. USPS states return is no longer in their hands so there is no tracking available.
Haven't seen a credit back to my account.
This was my first time ordering from this website and my last. Not impressed

Great if you're a large person.
Easy to order.
Long time to receive, just have to trust and be patient.
All 3 dresses I ordered in XS, but all 3 are way large.
I had to pay more than the dress cost to have it altered to fit me. I'm 5' and 103 lb.
The customer service is good with communication. They offered me 20% back to keep the oversized dresses, so the other 2 dresses I will be giving as gifts to friends who they fit perfectly well.
The dresses are quite lovely, just oversized for XS and smaller framed individuals.
