Fast and fair price for my car. James (Jim) was a pleasure to work with.

This was a very easy process and I feel that I received a fair price for my car, incidentally more than other sites offered. I would definitely recommend.

From first contact to close-of-deal, he was attentive, informative, proactive and polite. I forgot a document needed for the sale, he drove out to my home and picked it up so I would not have to go all the way back. Now THAT is service!

I had a very good experience recently working with Vinny from Marina Auto Group in Webster. I was selling my car online. Vinny contacted me and was very professional. He worked with me on the pricing and even arranged to come to my home to see the car. Between work and a recent surgery driving to Webster would have been difficult for me. Vinny was very efficient and the whole transaction was completed within a short time. I would definitely recommend Vinny and the Marina Auto Group dealership based on this experience. Have to give him five stars.

Jim was excellent to work with. My situation was a little different from most.
I bought the vehicle in N.C. but am a WV resident so I had to get a WV title. The previous owner had been diagnosed with dementia so I was dealing with her brother who was her power of attorney and lived in Canada.
Needless to say getting the title was a nightmare and took about eight weeks!
Jim was great to work with...we kept each other informed and finally I got the title. I would deal with Jim again in a heartbeat. He is definitely a valuable asset to your company and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

When I contacted All cars I really didn't know what to expect??? But after a couple of discussions on price they gave a very fair price for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Sent the title OFF an received my check very next day ! If I ever sell my Dodge charger I'll give them first pick. I DONT LIKE TO HASSLE when dealing with cars. Vinny was great to work with !
