Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and communication. I tried for over 2 weeks to schedule an inspection of my car that I wanted to sell. Each time I was told that nobody was close to my market, but they would bring someone in ASAP. 25+ phone calls and they NEVER ever lived up to one single promise.

Angel was exceptional! I came in expecting a very low offer for my vehicle just like everyone else, but they gave me exactly what I was hoping for! No hassle at all very quick and easy process. Very grateful I got to speak and work with him!

Angel was incredibly on task throughout the entire process. I loved working with him.

Had no issue with Jim directly. The purchase price for my 2019 Ford Escape was more than fair. There was a delay picking up the car but that was definitely a carrier issue(scheduling and communication). Jim did jump in trying to resolve the carrier issue.

Jim and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were thorough, helpful, and organized. Jim kept me posted about every stage of the process and had great communication. I had an awesome experience and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a car.

This was my first time selling a car rather than as a trade in. I was skeptical although they offered me a great deal, so I was contacted by my Rep. Angel Vazquez and started the process, got the appraiser out and then the offer was $2500 less than the original offer. I started to feel like it was a bait and switch, so I declined to get an appraisal from a local dealer. While we we're on the phone Angel was able to get the offer increased by $1000. I still wanted to get a second opinion. While I was getting the second opinion, I recieved another offer from Angel increased by another $1000, so it was only $500 less than the original. I decided to go with ALL CARS, accepted the offer the next day, sent docs, ALL CARS paid for all overnight shipping. I had my check in two days, then next day was contacted by the transportation company picked up the car, and the checked was good and cleared just fine. Thanks Angel!

AllCars (Angel V.) gave me the best price. Living in rural NC Mts., I was happy not to have to drive 2 hours to the "other" businesses to get appraised, and then would need a ride back. Inspector and pickup both came to me. Angel and I had very good communications and the check was here in a flash! I would do it all again! Thanks Angel!!!

Allcars was great the whole process went smooth and after Their check cleared my bank is when they picked up the car. None of the other companies would do that they all wanted the car, keys and title first ten they would send out a check. I will recommend allcars to everyone!
