Beautiful decorated appartment for max 4 persons. Toys for children are available in the appartment such as monopoly. It takes a 5 minutes walk to the metro. There is a direct busline to gare nord. Very nice view at the end of the road.

The appartement is very nice located and spaceful for an appartement in the middle of Paris. The thing which is less is that the appartement next door is under construction. So workers start on Monday 8 o'clock with working. So no peacefull waking up. And as far as we could see, this will take a while. We were here in July 2014.

If you're lookimg for a nice, cosy apartment in paris, this is about as good as they come. Small, here and there ready for refurbishment, expensive ... But hey this is paris.
Ps: bakery shop downstairs is divine

If you really want to know, what we liked and what was unpleasant, you should give several subjects to which we can refer , for example: Your service, the condition of the apartment, the facilities etc.

It was very unpleasant, that we got the address of the apartment only after the booking, so that we could not see before, that it was lying in a one-way-street without any possibility of even getting the luggage out of the car. The street was so narrow . that we couldn't even stop.
We got the information, that there should be a parking place, (you indicated that by a check-mark) near the house, finally we were told by the owner, that there was a parking-garage 500m away.

We had a good stay in the practically furnished and cosy apartment and were very pleased about the friendly and helpful owner

We stayed for 3 days in Paris. Apartment was well located and clean. Communication was friendly and correct. We had to meet in the apartment to leave our luggage and this was also possible.
Already used All-Paris-Apartments several times and always i'm a happy traveller, without worries.
Would recommend All Paris Apartments to everybody.

The appartment is fully equiped, is situated in a rather quiet and pleasant environment. There are parking facilities nearby (Rue du Clos) where you can rent a parking space for several days (e.g. 3 days = € 49).
The owner is very friendly and formalities are dealt with as arranged.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: the size of the television, but perhaps it is part of the vintage setting of the - otherwise - modern appartment.

The apartment is nice, spacious, two double beds in separate rooms and sofa bed in living room are of good quality. Sufficient bed linen and towels available. When windows are closed, there is no street noise. Close to metro, supermarket, bakery etc. Within walking distance of city centre.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better. Price is quite high, but that is paris I guess.

Smooth and efficent way of booking an appartment. Photo's of the appartment were 100% correct and the booking information was clear and accurate, nothing less of what I expect. .

A clean,nice appartment near the Sacre Coeur.I can recommended to you!

For a short stay it is a beautifull apartment which is situated on a central location in Montmartre with a nice view on the Sacre Coeur. The "landlady" is a very friendly person.

The location of the apartment is very good. Nearby the metro and very close to the Sacre Coeur. The landlady is very friendly and the apartment was better than we expected. It looks nice, is clean and is everything you wish for.

Perfect in all but one aspect, which is that the beds are not very comfortable. Otherwise loved it, and I would strongly recommend it, even with the uncomfortable beds!

The appartment was exact the same as the pictures clean bed towels etc. PERFECT!!!

The appartment is situated on a perfect situation, nearby the Periferique and Parkinggarage. Friendly housekeeper. Space is good for two but to small for 3 people.

Near to the metro - quite and clean inside - warm and friendly contact with the owner.

op deze website hebben we door een goede selectie snel en eenvoudig het juiste appartement in parijs gevonden.

Een keurig verzorgd appartement in een nette straat. Busstop voor de deur, kan lawaaierig overkomen als je de gehele dag het raam aan de voorzijde open hebt. Prima ontvangt door de gastvrouw. Uitstekende uitleg van allerlei zaken betreffende het huis (smart TV/ wifi etc ) en bijvoorbeeld openbaar vervoer of supermarkt.
Keuken is netjes, wel zou iets meer servies en bestek prettig zijn.
Hebben de gehele week gebruik gemaakt van het openbaar vervoer systeem Navigo. (de goedkoopste oplossing voor onbeperkt OV)
Al met al een prima verblijfplaats.

Bij all -paris -apartments hebben wij een zeer leuk appartement gevonden. De boeking verliep goed en ook de communicatie met de organisatie was duidelijk en kregen snel reactie. Ook de contactpersoon van ons appartement was zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Deze organisatie verzorgt meerdere appartementen in verschillende landen, ik denk dat wij zeker hier weer als eerste zullen kijken voor een appartement.
