I was incredibly fortunate to partake in the transformative Kundalini Fusion Retreat in the picturesque landscapes of Portugal, which combined Kundalini Dance and KAP.

My experience was amazing from start to finish.

The retreat venue served as the ideal sanctuary to embark on this electrifying odyssey. The hosts were not just hospitable but so kind and impeccably attentive to every detail, ensuring that our every need was met. The culinary delights were crafted with boundless love, I could feel with every bite.

At the heart of this profound experience were our two remarkable facilitators, Juliana and Ellie, for whom I am deeply grateful. Their combined efforts were nothing short of a powerful and profound inspiration. They not only provided us with a safe haven to be our authentic selves, but also met our vulnerabilities with understanding and empathy.

In this sacred space, I embraced my femininity, creating profound connections with fellow women, sharing our experiences, and allowing a torrent of emotions to flow freely. This opportunity is a gift that fills my heart with eternal gratitude.

Ellie and Julianna’s Kundalini Fusion retreat was an incredibly powerful and transformative experience. Every detail, from the location to the activities, were thought through and contributed to the overall purpose of the retreat. Both facilitators were kind, generous and highly attuned to our needs throughout the experience. They created a deep, transformational space where both light and shadow were honored and our full range of emotions could be expressed and released. While the schedule was intense, it encouraged me to delve deeper into my personal truth and face my fears. I walked away feeling a profound sense of belonging to a lineage of powerful women. It showed me that I can access that power within myself and be the leader of my life. I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking to be held and guided in the most loving way while they do the powerful work of facing and reclaiming themselves. Juliana and Ellie created a beautiful safe space for us. In this intimate circle we danced, we laughed, we cried, we shared our most authentic selves. I really enjoyed the womb healing, the KAP sessions, and the water ceremony. All of it was juicy! Thank you Juliana and Ellie for what you do in the world. I pray that all women get to experience Sisterhood like this. ♡

Ju and Ellie! Just wanted to share that I had a profound experience yesterday. The dance part was intense for me to face some things that I was avoiding. As I said yesterday I was feeling very irritated and agitated, didn’t know it was from neglecting and judging my communication and the way I express myself. And I was a little resistant but then I was able to just let go. During the KAP session I had a deep experience where I connected with my dad and saw that he also neglected his expression and I felt I was carrying that with me to repeat the same cycle. And wow that was powerful, I had to face this during the practice and was profound. I was able to connect with my own sensuality and never felt powerful like I did yesterday. I would judge my sensuality before and yesterday I felt the sacredness of it! It was liberating. So much came through and it was hard to express into words yesterday. But I just wanted to to thank you Ju and Ellie for this medicine, it definitely changed a lot in myself.
Today I woke up feeling softer, loving and at peace!
