Smooth customer service, swiftly replying to my questions regarding the material. The quality is definitely there keep coming back for more

By far the most incompetent customer service I have ever seen! I ordered the item to my post box address in Germany to avoid any additional taxes. The parcel was sent back to them without my knowledge and control so they made me pay an extra 21£ although I explained the situation in detail and told them that I am not the one to blame because I didn't reject the package since it is not even my residential address?! They of course didn't care because they're only after the money, not engaging in a solution-oriented conversation with me. Although their refund policy states that the customer needs to pay additional costs IF THEY REJECT OR REFUSE the delivery (which has both not been the case (!)), they charged me the 21£ WITHOUT my permission or confirmation. Them telling that I did not respond is nothing but a big lie. I DID respond - telling them that I do not accept any of the options they offer me at this point because it's unfair that I have to pay for the incompetence of both the shop & the shipment company. It is not that a company with 70k followers on instagram could not cover the 21£ for once because I as a customer clearly have NO control over whatever went wrong. No, instead they just unjustly strip you off of your money for their own benefit. Terrible work ethic. I will most definitely never shop there again and will tell so all of my friends and family. Biggest scam.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of the abaya and hijab the fabric and stitching are excellent, and they look absolutely beautiful. The customer service was equally amazing, very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality products and outstanding service!

I’ve been shopping with Alkareem for a while now, and honestly, their customer service is amazing. They always respond quickly, are super helpful, and make sure everything goes smoothly with my order. It really feels like they care about their customers, which is rare these days.

The abaya quality is just as good, the material feels premium and lasts a long time. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I bought from them. That’s why I keep coming back.

I’m a jersey hijab girl from the beginning and I’ve tried sooo many, but the al Kareem ones quality, colour and size is just perfection. The range of colours are soo wide and soo stunning. I have 10 and want to build the collection with the rest 🫣❤️ absolutely amazing and totally recommend. I was constantly messaging on instagram for pics up close and I was getting a reply within minutes which I loved. Thankyou al Kareem

This company is terrible don’t even bother buying from them. they have 0 customer service, will ignore your emails for months when asking for an exchange. They don’t do returns which is so inconvenient so i just settled to exchange the hijab i bought as the colour did not match the image online (i wanted dark red and the image was dark red/burgundy but it was bright red when it showed up) , and when they refused return, their website said they can accept exchanges. I sent SO MANY emails regarding an exchange and just got ignored for months and months to this day and im just going to stop trying now. just a money hungry company who does not care about its customers, would never buy from here ever again and i would recommend nobody does.

Service is not great and, extremely overpriced abayas for the cheap quality. I emailed regarding my abaya bobbling at the bottom after just one wear and apparently it’s due to the floor not the material itself lol, regardless I was not offered any solution but a 15% off “next” purchase. I will not be wasting more money on these abayas to make another purchase after this experience. There is better abaya companies with the same price.

Absolutely love this abaya! The quality is so good, soft and flowy with the most beautiful work on the sleeves. It fits beautifully and feels so comfortable. You can really tell it’s well made. Definitely one of my favorites, highly recommend! 🤍

Amazing products! First time buying modal hijabs and I am in love! Delivery was fast, I had an issue with one product in which they responded to quite quickly and offered an alternative which I was very pleased about, definitely will be purchasing more :)

I've received my abaya, and I'm absolutely blown away. the quality and beadwork are incredible! I can't wait to shop from their next collection.

I purchased an abaya in late 2023 for £55. It wasn’t worn until recently, and after only two uses, the buttons started falling off. To make matters worse, I’ve now seen the exact same abaya being sold for just £10 on TikTok Shop. I feel completely exploited. When I reached out for support, I received no help at all.

J’ai effectué un achat qui est arrivé non conforme à la description car il manquait un bouton, je tente depuis ce jour là désespérément de joindre le service client qui ne me donne aucune nouvelle alors que c’est de leur faute. Le problème vient d’eux, je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site.

Extremely beautiful abayas, I bought two so far. I think they are worth the price. Sizing is perfect too, the simple designs, materials and stitching is really good, they make the abayas look luxurious - got many compliments too! Comes with a hijab and slip dress so it doesn’t make me waste time looking for alternatives.

I loved the matching abayas I ordered for me and my daughter from here! The sizes are adjustable and they have different lengths to choose from which is perfect for me because I’m tall and struggle to find long abayas. They shipped pretty quickly to the US as well.
