When dealing with vendors on their site, tread extremely carefully. This does not apply to normal household goods and inexpensive gifts and gadgets, but when buying high-priced items, be aware that the price quoted on the website bears no relation to the real price that the vendor will try to extract from your wallet once the order has been placed.
I tried to buy a mobility scooter priced at £3,296.97 including shipping, but once the order was placed, the vendor contacted me requesting a further £750 before he would ship the mobility scooter. I canceled the order but then had to wait days before the refund was paid into my account. I subsequently contacted AliExpress to complain about the seller but they were reluctant to do anything about the false prices shown by that or any other seller on their website. They simply referred me back to the seller. No other market website sinks so low as this company.

I have buy batteires of 100Ah.
At 1st, the seller was not sending anything. I have to open a dispute after latest time for delivery and finally the seller provide tracking information and I receive it.
The batteries was not 100Ah but 30Ah.
I have provide discharge test results but Aliexpress ask me for precision test results. I have provide specifications from the manufacturer but they ignore it. I searh the web and I cannot find any manufacturer in the world who build a 100Ah so small but they continue to ask me for the size of the batteries.
This company help scammers and thiefs. They anything to stole your money.

you try and get help from AliExpress customer service after the purchase is completed, you will always get the same email response indicating to contact the vendor. Even if the vendor is unresponsive. Almost all response you get are automated and they don't care at all. The agent in the chat will tell you you can trust him, something will be done, that they are escalating the issue to a manager etc, but the outcome is the same each times.

I ordered a product and received something else. The pictures and videos are a completely different product from what I received. But no one care to do anything about it. The vendor just answers "yes of course ill help" but does nothing and keeps answering "Ok", " No problem", "Yes".

This is the worst company in the world that prefer to let vendor scam his client
I'm waiting a cosplay from a month and they blocked it at the courier, maybe they returned it and I don't know.
I'll never buy again from them I've lost 40 eur for nothing and gone to a cosplay show without nothing for them

My favorite platform to do my shopping, I've purchased sets of clothing like camo, etc. Which I wear almost every day & they are still in great shape with water & UV resistant treatment. I've purchased many things I have given to some relatives as gifts or various collectables I use to decorate my room. I've obtained decent amount of figurines, I really do appreciate the craftsmanship on the productions. Even quite a bit of hand-crafted productions I have purchased got great quality to them, some unique items that I wouldn't be able to find in my country. I left good reviews on the Hong Kong Post Office as well to let them know I appreciate my parcels being shipped overseas in good amounts of time, there have been many parcels that arrived much sooner than I had expected. I love you, AliExpress <3 I appreciate you.

Je viens de recevoir un avis et un remboursement de la part d'amazone avec un interdiction d'utiliser ces lunettes, de ne pas les retourner mais de les mettres à la poubelle. Allez-vous faire la même chose, rembourser et nous dire de les jeter. Il n'y a pas d'identification ISO sur la lunette.

Je suis très déçu dernièrement de aliexpress, 60 jours d’attente et 30 jours d’attente à Montréal et toujours rien reçu ! Le service client est devenu récemment en faveur des vendeurs et non des consommateurs. Afin d’ouvrir un litige y a toujours des bug erreur 404 ou page blanche ( je pense que c’était exprès pour démotiver les gens a demander un remboursement).

Je suis très décue de cette plateforme. Il y a quelques années, ça allait mais cette année tout est compliqué. Depuis 6 mois 16 commandes non reçus. Les commandes groupées c'est l'horreur. C'est fou, tu dois te battre pour chacune. Il y a des vendeurs honnêtes, mais d'autres des escrocs. Service à la clientèle de mauvaise qualité. J'attends mes deux dernières commandes et je ferme mon compte.
