no compreis en aliexpress por que roban nuestro dinero..
cuando haces 1 compra en aliexpress te dice que si en 35 o 45 dias no as recibido el pedido o el paquete se extravia te reembolsan el dinero, es mentira,hice 5 pedidos el dia 13 de noviembre,hoy estamos a 9 de febrero,van ya unos 90 dias y aun no e recibido los paquetes y aliexpress se niega a devolverme el dinero.
la empresa de transportes me dijo que los paquetes se habian extraviado,que ellos se hacian cargo del coste de los articulos,que yo reclamara a aliexpress para que me reembolsara el dinero y ecoosting pagaria a aliexpress el valor de los articulos perdidos y asi lo hice,les envie el correo de ecoosting donde reconocian que los paquetes se habian perdio y que ya habian pasado mas de 60 dias desde la compra y que me reembolsaran el dinero,su respuesta fue que eso no servia,que me pusiera en contacto con la empresa para recoger los paquetes y de los 60 dias sin entregar los paquetes no me respondieron con nada,eso ya dice mucho de como no cumplen lo que prometen.
hable con ecoosting y les dije que en el seguimiento escribieran que los paquetes se habian perdio para que lo viera aliexpress y asi recibir mi dinero, lo hicieron y en el seguimiento dice(LAMENTABLEMENTE SU PAQUETE SE PERDIO EN TRANSITO Y NO SE PUEDEN ENTREGAR) Y ESTOS SON LOS NUMEROS DE SEGUIMIENTO PARA QUE VEAN QUE NO MIENTO

de nuevo se lo dije a aliexpress que revisaran el envio para que vieran que esos paquetes se extraviaron despues de 63 dias y esta fue su respuesta.
ellos enviaron los paquetes y llegaron a españa,que yo lo solucione con la empresa de transportes ya que fueron ellos los que los perdieron, es decir que eso que dicen de que si el paquete no te llega en 1 maximo de 45 dias o los paquetes no te llegan que aliexpress te devuelve tu dinero es todo mentira,tengo los correos como prueba donde aliexpress me dice despues de comprobar que los paquetes se perdieron que yo me busque la vida por mi cuenta asi que a los compradores de aliexpress pensaroslo bien antes de comprar en esta plataforma por que nos roban nuestro dinero con mentiras continuamente,llevounos 3 meses esperando por unos paquetes que no me llegaran y aliexpress se a quedado con mi dinero y ademas como la empresa ecoosting que fue la que los perdio tendra que pagar a aliexpress el valor de los articulos perdidos y asi aliexpress recibira 2 veces el valor de los productos,mi dinero y el que la pagara ecoosting.
esto es 1 caso real,hay e puesto los numeros de seguimiento donde se puede leer que los paquetes se perdieron y que no seran entregados.
aliexpress nos roba,son unos ladrones y unos estafadores.
Unos días Después de denunciar lo ocurrido AliExpress reconoce que tengo razón,que se an extraviado y que tengo derecho al reembolso y me dicen que no me lo pueden reembolsar a mi cuenta pero que lo ingresan en mi cuenta de aliexpres y desde alli una vez más vuele a engañarme,el dinero no me lo devuelven,ni lo dejan en mi cuenta de AliExpress para que haga más pedidos,son mas de 50 euros y a cambio me an dado 2 cupones para comprar por valor de menos de 30 euros como haciendome 1 favor.

Sois unos sinvergüenzas ladrones y estafadores así que mi recomendación es que todo aquel que lea está carta no compre en AliExpress por qué nos engañan continuamente, prometen algo que luego no cumplen y encima no te devuelven tu dinero, hoy volvi a reclamar despues de casi 3 meses y hoy dia 9 de febrero,me respondieron lo mismo ,que lo solucione con la empresa de transportes.
cada vez que hago esta reclamacion aliexpress respode que lo van a mirar y que se solucionara pero me an dicho ya 16 veces que e reclamado y luego la solucion que me dan es la misma siempre,que hable con ecoosting para que me entreguen los paquetes,unos paquetes que se extraviaron hace mas de 1 mes.por eso os digo a los que comprais en aliexpress a futuros compradores que no lo hagais,,aliexpress me a robado mas de 50 euros y ya que no me los va a devolver que al menos lean esta carta cuantos mas mejor y que se corra la voz para que pierdan clientes y asi dejen de engañarnos ,son unos ladrones, sinvergüenzas y estafadores hablando claro y dejen de responder a esta carta con lo mismo de siempre que lo van a solucionar por que tienen muy buenas palabras pero no hacen nada por solucionarlo,solo os interesa nuestro dinero y cuando lo teneis todo lo demas no os importa nada por que sois unos estafadores y unos ladrones

I bought a wig from a wig vendor name Abijale official store. I bought a hair which was suppose to be 26 inches which in turn was 20 inch which i sent picture to aliexpress but no success. The hair was suppose to be 200 density it looks like 100 or 150 density. The vendor told me they would send me a new hair within 15 days only to find out that they were scamming me and just wanted me to wait 15 days so hair could not be returned. Now i have a hair that does not look like what i wanted nor looks like the review and aliexpress cant help even though i have been scammed.

Refunds are not provided for their errors. If timing is getting tight back in China, they just send junk, then put you through the very slow refund process. Generic messages are frequent, but no solutions. Customer service dwlivers lip service but no real actions. Never again will i use this service.

Ordered an item on March 13th did not arrive and was not isssued a refund til July 16th. Horrible way to treat a customer, ordered the same part from Temu and arrived in two weeks. Three acounts with Aliexpress-cancelling all of them.

AliExpress Scam alert. I purchased a 6 in 1 Ultrasonic Slimming Machine (Order ID: 8197826223543788) from Cosmetology Dropshipping Store on AliExpress with a 9.8 rating at the time. I received a clearly USED product — dirty, worn, and not working properly. The seller denied everything, then gave me a return address in Ontario, Canada, but later forced me to ship it to China, costing me $169 CAD from my own pocket. AliExpress support feels like talking to a bot. I’ve had to re-upload the same proof of return multiple times. I lost nearly $500 CAD in total. AliExpress protects the seller, not the buyer. Don't trust the ratings. I will never buy here again.

This is a company that thrives on theft and fraud. I have been a user for over 5 years and I know what I am writing about. This time they gave me a refund for $280, of which they gave half back. It was strange that I had to send the parcel by self my cost, before I did that I wrote to the customer service that I did not want to send it like that because I knew it was another fraud attempt and I would not get the money, they once cheated me like that for $350. They will not generate a label for me, I can only return it at my own expense, they will refund the shipping. A few days after sending, they send back half of the money, the parcel did not even return to the recipient. It says that they have returned half of the money and I want the rest, and they say that if the parcel is only just to the recipient, they will give it back. For several weeks there was information that the recipient did not provide the documents necessary for delivery. So I send them this information that appears on the parcel tracking page, and they reply that my case is already closed and the evidence sent is insufficient. so as usual some crap and something like leave me alone. they sell these cheap cool items allow returns pretend to be honest and anyway when you order something expensive they will send you a defective one that you will have to return and they will cheat you and you will pay a fortune for it all anyway. I am tired of nerves and dealing with these people who are constantly looking only to cheat and rob you. then I have to write these opinions and send them screenshots so that they will change their minds and give me my money back. everything they offer in what refunds in what coupons bonus balances they will not give it to you if you demand a refund for the product.

Ali Express has 5 addresses found here on Trust Pilot, collectively all their review stars couldn't add up to be 5 on the 5 addresses. There is a reason for that, they are scammers. Obviously you maybe here to see how they operate if you are checking out the reviews they have, or the lack thereof, so I would suggest you keep on looking elsewhere and have no dealings with these gangsters. They ripped me off twice, they won't be getting the third opportunity. GOOD LUCK...happy shopping!!!

Many times in first he reply in english (but no more after) with the same comments, "Dear friend, I'm sorry, I will refund you, thank you" but the refund never came.

Found site when searching for Minoxidil for men. Site was offering what appeared to be an identical item that I had bought from Amazon.ca, but is no longer available in Canada. The distinct bottle shape, colours, details were identical to the version I had bought on Amazon.ca. The price was insanely low (should have been a tip-off), but thankfully I could only buy one unit. When it finally arrived, it looked like the product that I was looking for - except twice the size! It was crazy! Then I noticed that it has NO minoxidil in it! I feel betrayed by this clear bait and switch maneuver. I had specifically searched for minoxidil, the product showed up on Ali Express for that search and the bottle looked identical to the brand that I was looking for. But it wasn't. Thankfully it cost me almost nothing, so I didn't bother returning it - but now I am concerned that Ali Express has my personal information and they are clearly a shady enterprise. Buyer beware!!!

AliExpress has proven to be utterly unreliable when it comes to conflict resolution. If things go wrong with your order, they conveniently step aside and push you to "deal with the supplier" yourself. Their chat support is a joke—after briefly looking at your case, they respond with something like 当前服务已结束 (translation: "The service has ended"), and that's it. No further communication. They’ve completely stopped responding to me.

I'm now out hundreds of dollars, and AliExpress refuses to take any responsibility. Honestly, you're better off throwing your money away at a casino—you might have more fun losing it there.

Their customer service deserves an A+ for being the absolute worst. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away. Share this post to warn others before they make the same mistake!

It was impossible to return in postal strike in Canada I explained this to aliexpress all want was 1st 70 dollar offer that was offered would honor it on 380 dollar purchase that they offered. This final email after 7 weeks of video picture other documents.

Don't trust this company. I am a pensioner : Aliexpress took £78.88 from my PayPal account and despite many emails, they have not delivered the robot cleaner which was ordered on November 25th 2024. No stars is not available but AliExpress should be awarded NO STARS.
AliExpress told PayPal the delivery was made but NO PHOTO PROOF of delivery has been sent to my email. Beware the vast numbers of complaints about this company, and none delivery.
AliExpress Customer Services is absolutely no use and simply repeats its useless previous statements.
My advice AVOID ALIEXPRESS and only buy UK from Amazon or EBAY UK. Amazon and Ebay offers a reliably disputes procedure and couriers take photo evidence of deliveries sent to your email address.
