Unos días Después de denunciar lo ocurrido AliExpress reconoce que tengo razón,que se an extraviado y que tengo derecho al reembolso y me dicen que no me lo pueden reembolsar a mi cuenta pero que lo ingresan en mi cuenta de aliexpres y desde alli una vez más vuele a engañarme,el dinero no me lo devuelven,ni lo dejan en mi cuenta de AliExpress para que haga más pedidos,son mas de 50 euros y a cambio me an dado 2 cupones para comprar por valor de menos de 30 euros como haciendome 1 favor.

I bought a wig from a wig vendor name Abijale official store. I bought a hair which was suppose to be 26 inches which in turn was 20 inch which i sent picture to aliexpress but no success. The hair was suppose to be 200 density it looks like 100 or 150 density. The vendor told me they would send me a new hair within 15 days only to find out that they were scamming me and just wanted me to wait 15 days so hair could not be returned. Now i have a hair that does not look like what i wanted nor looks like the review and aliexpress cant help even though i have been scammed.

AliExpress Scam alert. I purchased a 6 in 1 Ultrasonic Slimming Machine (Order ID: 8197826223543788) from Cosmetology Dropshipping Store on AliExpress with a 9.8 rating at the time. I received a clearly USED product — dirty, worn, and not working properly. The seller denied everything, then gave me a return address in Ontario, Canada, but later forced me to ship it to China, costing me $169 CAD from my own pocket. AliExpress support feels like talking to a bot. I’ve had to re-upload the same proof of return multiple times. I lost nearly $500 CAD in total. AliExpress protects the seller, not the buyer. Don't trust the ratings. I will never buy here again.

This is a company that thrives on theft and fraud. I have been a user for over 5 years and I know what I am writing about. This time they gave me a refund for $280, of which they gave half back. It was strange that I had to send the parcel by self my cost, before I did that I wrote to the customer service that I did not want to send it like that because I knew it was another fraud attempt and I would not get the money, they once cheated me like that for $350. They will not generate a label for me, I can only return it at my own expense, they will refund the shipping. A few days after sending, they send back half of the money, the parcel did not even return to the recipient. It says that they have returned half of the money and I want the rest, and they say that if the parcel is only just to the recipient, they will give it back. For several weeks there was information that the recipient did not provide the documents necessary for delivery. So I send them this information that appears on the parcel tracking page, and they reply that my case is already closed and the evidence sent is insufficient. so as usual some crap and something like leave me alone. they sell these cheap cool items allow returns pretend to be honest and anyway when you order something expensive they will send you a defective one that you will have to return and they will cheat you and you will pay a fortune for it all anyway. I am tired of nerves and dealing with these people who are constantly looking only to cheat and rob you. then I have to write these opinions and send them screenshots so that they will change their minds and give me my money back. everything they offer in what refunds in what coupons bonus balances they will not give it to you if you demand a refund for the product.

Obviously you maybe here to see how they operate if you are checking out the reviews they have, or the lack thereof, so I would suggest you keep on looking elsewhere and have no dealings with these gangsters. I writter many times the seller who do not understand (he said to me with the word "Chinese)) english, french or spanish and sell worldwide.
Many times in first he reply in english (but no more after) with the same comments, "Dear friend, I'm sorry, I will refund you, thank you" but the refund never came.

Found site when searching for Minoxidil for men. Site was offering what appeared to be an identical item that I had bought from Amazon.ca, but is no longer available in Canada. The distinct bottle shape, colours, details were identical to the version I had bought on Amazon.ca. The price was insanely low (should have been a tip-off), but thankfully I could only buy one unit. When it finally arrived, it looked like the product that I was looking for - except twice the size! It was crazy! Then I noticed that it has NO minoxidil in it! I feel betrayed by this clear bait and switch maneuver. I had specifically searched for minoxidil, the product showed up on Ali Express for that search and the bottle looked identical to the brand that I was looking for. But it wasn't. Thankfully it cost me almost nothing, so I didn't bother returning it - but now I am concerned that Ali Express has my personal information and they are clearly a shady enterprise. Buyer beware!!!

AliExpress has proven to be utterly unreliable when it comes to conflict resolution. If things go wrong with your order, they conveniently step aside and push you to "deal with the supplier" yourself. Their chat support is a joke—after briefly looking at your case, they respond with something like 当前服务已结束 (translation: "The service has ended"), and that's it. No further communication. They’ve completely stopped responding to me.
I'm now out hundreds of dollars, and AliExpress refuses to take any responsibility. Honestly, you're better off throwing your money away at a casino—you might have more fun losing it there.
Their customer service deserves an A+ for being the absolute worst. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away. Share this post to warn others before they make the same mistake!

It was impossible to return in postal strike in Canada I explained this to aliexpress all want was 1st 70 dollar offer that was offered would honor it on 380 dollar purchase that they offered. This final email after 7 weeks of video picture other documents.

We have revisited this request and found that this product was not returned within the limited return timeline."
Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. I am a pensioner : Aliexpress took £78.88 from my PayPal account and despite many emails, they have not delivered the robot cleaner which was ordered on November 25th 2024. No stars is not available but AliExpress should be awarded NO STARS.
AliExpress told PayPal the delivery was made but NO PHOTO PROOF of delivery has been sent to my email. Beware the vast numbers of complaints about this company, and none delivery.
AliExpress Customer Services is absolutely no use and simply repeats its useless previous statements.
My advice AVOID ALIEXPRESS and only buy UK from Amazon or EBAY UK. Amazon and Ebay offers a reliably disputes procedure and couriers take photo evidence of deliveries sent to your email address.
