Absolutely professional
Absolutely professional , prompt and thorough service, the updates on ETA are so useful for busy people too as it meant i didnt have to wait around all morning or afternoon for the engineer to arrive, will definitely use again and highly reccomend.

Tyler was a pleasant polite young man who was knowledgeable we did have a slight leak in one of the connecting pipes but he very kindly came back same day to fix it would recommend this company.

Great service
I made contact with the firm and they were very quick to respond and get a date booked in the diary. The job was carried out efficiently by a very thorough engineer who also explained some of the issues in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend them and if we need a plumbing & heating engineer again I will go back to Alford.

Always great service
Always great service, the office team and the engineers are always very friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions. I have used this company for 3 years + and wouldn't go anywhere else

We used Alford plumbing to install a brand new boiler and heating system 2 years ago they did a fantastic job were so helpful knew what they were doing
We've just had the 2nd year annual service all good wouldn't use anyone else

Great service from Alford Plumbing and Heating
Had a new cylinder installed by Alford Plumbing and Heating and had a great experience from start to finish. They fitted new boiler, decommissioned old one and took it away,
They even came back to sort a timer issue which was caused by my tenant. The office staff are friendly, helpful an professional. The Engineer was tidy, and reliable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Expert reliable service
We have used Alford a number of times, for maintenance, upgrading and a complete bathroom refurbishment. Their standard of workmanship and attention to detail is always first class. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable for the care they take.
We are very happy to recommend them.

Boiler Replacement
Once again, I was happy to ask Alford Plumbing & Heating to replace my Worcester Bosch boiler. The work was carried out on the arranged date (28/09/2022), quickly and cleanly. The engineer pointed out the small amount of water spillage from the boiler replacement, after he had cleaned it up and when he left everything was clean and tidy.

Always the best service
Alford plumbing came and replaced the shower unit in my en-suite, arrived on time carried out the work as agreed and left, no mess no fuss, brilliant.
I have used the team at Alford plumbing many time before and they are always fantastic. Cannot recomend them highly enough

Really impressed with the efficiency of…Alford Plumbing
Really impressed with the efficiency of Alford Plumbing. They service our boiler on an annual basis but this time they had to replace an ancient stopcock and washer in our bath. The work was completed within the estimated time and at the estimated cost.

Shower cubicle replaced
Our shower cubicle had become scruffy and shabby. Alford came along and replaced the old cubicle and made the shower feel brand new. They arrived on time and cheerfully carried out the job exactly as they said they would.
