The quality of service provided by Alfi Removals Ltd is truly outstanding. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail set them apart. Keep up the excellent work!

We booked this company for a house move on 14/06/2025. We had a few large pieces of furniture (electric piano, coffee table, side board and tv unit) along with boxes.

Firstly, the movers arrived an hour late to the move. When they arrived they were polite and friendly. However, by the time the furniture arrived at the new place it was clear that every piece was damaged. The piano lid had been broken, and each of the other pieces of furniture had large scratches/gouges in them seemingly caused by pieces moving around in the 30 minute drive between places.

When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, I was told that because I had no taken detailed photographs of the furniture before moving it, it was my own fault. They then stopped replying to my emails completely.

I would honestly advise against using this company completely - if you do use them please make sure you take very detailed photographs of all items being moved.

I have already recommended them to friends! They were able to fit me in with a couple of days notice. Professional and polite. Arrived early and started early. Worked fast. However, I ordered a Luton van and they arrived with a large van. This meant extra trips and extra time but they made up for it by charging me less. I have since used them again within a couple of days and will do one more time during this weekend. Reasonably priced as well. Thanks Alfi Removals.

Update - I have used Alfi Removals twice since my first experience, both within a week and at very last minute…10/10 for service and professionalism. So glad I came across them on Google search and their Trust Pilot reviews! Thanks again Alfi Removals.

Fantastic service and great price! There was a mix up with my requested moving date and after realising, they sent out a driver within an hour or so. Mahendra was brilliant and so efficient, thank you! I would highly recommend Alfi Removals.

Great service. Timely. Also the service team was very helpful and efficient

I’ve used Alfi twice and have no complaints. The second time, the wrong van was sent out - Alfi sorted this quickly and efficiently.
I’m moving out end of April and will be using Alfi again!

Really great removals. Great price and also very very fast! Incredibly professional. I booked on the day I was moving because I had more items than I expected and it just went so incredibly smoothly. I highly recommend.

I've used this company twice now for moving items to and from my storage unit and both times the experience was excellent. The drivers/movers are always polite and professional. The prices are excellent value for money even with the drivers/movers tip. I will be using them again in the near future as we leave London after our stay.

We had a great experience with Alfi Removals. We were able to book less than a week prior for the time we wanted and the communication was easy and friendly with Elisabeth. The two men showed up very punctual and made packing and moving easy and smooth. We were finished earlier and were more relaxed than expected thanks to the help. Would highly recommend the service!

I had a great experience with Alfi Removals. From the moment I enquired, Elisabeth was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made the booking process smooth and reassuring. On the day of the move, the two men who helped were lovely—punctual, efficient, and handled everything with care. They made what could’ve been a stressful day feel calm and easy. Highly recommend!

I moved a one bedroom flat from west to southwest London with Alfi. The move went super smooth, they were on time, fast and very professional. I recommend the service.

So helpful, very quick and very kind. this is my second time booking and would deffo book again

Setting up the move was very easy, with lots of availability. The team arrived on time and were very communicative. The actual moving team were INCREDIBLE! They did a perfect job, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was where I needed it to be. They were so polite and friendly, and I could not have been happier with the overall service. Definitely recommend

The guys were great, polite & arrived on time, I would certainly use them again.

I really had a pleasure experience with this guy, I found it very well, they was kind and friendly, they work in a very professional way, I highly recommend it to anyone need to move small or big stuff.

These guys have been amazing at moving our extremely heavy, large and expensive furniture twice now. And I would use them again when we next need to. Also very friendly and makes the experience better. Thank you

Mahendra was excellent! He moved my belongings promptly and safely and there were no issues. Highly recommend!

Overpromised.
The van was too small for the job and had to make two trips, despite me checking twice.
They got mud on the carpets, dented the walls and needed help with heavy items.
Unsuitable for bigger jobs.
