Prompt Response
Following Fastway's shutdown and a phone call to Alensa, the team promptly sent me a new order of lenses as my original order was in transit back to them. I urgently needed the lenses and I received the new order 2 days later. I was very impressed with Alensa's response to my predicament considering the problem was not of their making. Many thanks.

The courier company has since gone bankrupt since yesterday, so we can assure you those issues will never occur again. Made my usual order of contact lenses but I never got them by UPS's fault. Alensa customer service was very helpful and a new parcel was shipped shortly.
