From start to finish, getting our DIP, to obtaining our mortgage offer all the way to completion, WTBSN really looked after us. We had Samantha Burgess as our case/file handler and she was amazing, the updates, the keeping in touch, the correspondence between her, our lender and our solicitors was extremely thorough. It gave us a sense of calmness in what can be an extremely stressful process that we had someone that took that level of care with our application and securing us our mortgage. She was regularly in contact, even after completion today she stayed late and was awaiting confirmation of our completion, ready to call and congratulate us. A lovely touch!

Simon Hutcheson was brilliant, he picked up our case and in around 10 days managed to submit all required documents with our lender, exchange contracts and complete. Very experienced, very responsive, to the point he gave us his personal contact details for out of hours/weekends to ensure we secured our mortgage in the quickest possible time. Unbelievable level of care and attention to our case.

At 1st I had someone who wasn't getting verry far but I recieved a messege later saying he no longer worked there and SAMANTHA was taking over. The people who dealt with and helped me were all really really nice and very approachable, despite my own personal difficulties the whole process was effortless, WTBSN are non judgmental and pulled out all of the stops to get you across the finish line, I don’t think that I am the easiest of customers that they have come across my case was a bit of a challenge for them, at times I thought that all was lost as it became quite complex, I started to despair I’m not afraid to admit this but they never gave up on me of which I’m eternally grateful, Beckie, Sam, Samantha,Billy first rate and super nice , they are with you every step of the way and very supportive.
