We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery experience.
Having reviewed the delivery details, we can see that there was an initial delay because we had not yet received the item from your supplier and were therefore unable to complete the delivery as originally expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
As the availability of the item and its transfer to our network is outside of AIT's control, we would recommend contacting your supplier directly if you require further information regarding the delay to the first delivery attempt.
We're pleased to hear that the second delivery was completed successfully. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Super smooth delivery
The delivery was on time and both guys were polite and efficient. They took my old mattress away and all the packaging from the new one. They even covered their shoes with special plastic covers to keep my carpets clean which was really appreciated.

Poor installation of washing machine
The good: Appliance was delivered on time and not damaged in shipping.
The bad: Paid £30 extra for installation. They hooked my washing machine up to the hot water, not the cold which could've damaged it. They did not level the feet and lied that my model did not have adjustable feet. They did not install the waste water line at all, just left it dangling in the cupboard. What a waste of money!
Lesson learnt, do not pay extra for installation as the delivery guys are clueless.
