This company stands behind their products. I purchased an ozone machine Oct of 2020 and loved the machine. It does a great job and kept my boat smelling fresh and clean. Then I unexpectedly had a problem with the machine producing ozone. I contacted support via their email and explained the issue and provided a copy of my receipt. They shipped me a NEW machine without me having to even hassle with shipping my old machine back! Great customer support, very quick response time and glad to see they care about their clients even well after the sale. Great company, great products, great people!

My ozone generator stopped working, and they sent me a new one. They have good support and customer service.

I purchased two units - one ADH50B for my room, which has worked perfectly, and one APH260, which did not. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement - but at first, they told me the unit was working and offered me a new filter or $60! I told them I wanted a replacement, so that is what I finally received. I did sent proof that the original unit wasn't working.

We Love our Airthereal. When I forget to turn it on I end up with a stuffy nose and headache.

There was an issue with the Airthereal air purifier I purchased almost a year ago. I contacted customer service and explained the display issue. They looked into it further and provided a resolution promptly. Great customer service, they were quick to respond and courteous.

We purchased a second Ozone generator and when we had an issue, they quickly sent us a new one. Customer service was great, thorough and made sure we had what we needed.

A small section of LED panel went out. It did not affect the function of the entire device but I did really out to Airthereal and they were kind enough to still send me a replacement HEPA filter to use in the machine to make up for the defect.

I have owned a used their portable ozone machine for about a year now through this pandemic to sanitize our masks and then our shoes. I only needed to contact support once and my concern was handled within 48 business hours. Great products and great customer support! Special thank you to Grace for handling my warranty service. I am truly amazed with this company and I am a customer for life!

Great machine, had a little timer issue, notified the company and they were quick to send out another timer for the machine. Customer Service is outstanding!

My device is super. In addition I appreciate the kindness of Airthereal. A small section of LED panel went out. It did not affect the function of the entire device and I saw no reason to ask for a replacement of the entire machine. But Airthereal was kind enough to still send me a replacement HEPA filter to use in the machine.
