company is legit. Had a problem with my air purifier, andd they immediately responded. They sent me a replacement filter, and continued to communicate with me after the fact.

I had a great experience with customer service. Laura was very helpful in me making a decision on which product better serves my needs.

I have been a customer with Airthereal for about 5 years now. I Actually won an aromatherapy defuser. It’s been a little under a year now. I had a problem with it when I turned it on it would shut off Immediately. Texted a message to customer service and Terry was the person who responded to me. To my amazement she had solved the problem very professionally. The company sent a new one. I send a video of what was happening. No problems no hassles I love this company. I have 5 Purifers, 3 ozone machines and 1 aromatherapy diffuser. After dealing with a company as good as they are I will never go anywhere else. Customer Service is outrages. There machines are top notch. I run my purifiers
24/7. I have COPD these machines have actually saved me from going on oxygen until now. They keep the dust down and purify the air like no other. I’m talking about five years. in this day and age companies don’t care if they lose your business. This company treats you like your family. I have never had any problem with them. There customers service out beats any other company I have dealt with. I am 72 years old. I have dealt with all kinds of companies and never seen anything like this. I feel blessed.

I use the AH 1000 to ozonate my 25 gallon cold plunge and it does a great job.

Also the customer service is top notch.

I wrote Airthereal about some very specific electrical questions on their MA10K-PRODIGI unit. They answered my questions professionally while providing exactly the information I needed. The customer service they provided was fantastic!

My purifier quit nearing the end of the warranty period. I was met with an easy process of replacing it. The process was made even easier by the fact that I was emailing with a real human who took the time to reach out and check in when some time had passed before I provided more information. I feel like ANY other company would have just let it go and hope that I forgot to finish the process. Once I provided the necessary information, I had a new one on the way inside of a week. The person I corresponded with (Terry) was super friendly and helpful. We'll see how the product holds up, but in the meantime I would recommend this company and their products.

Per Mail wurde das Problem nochmal verifiziert und sofort ein Ersatzgerät geliefert. Es kam schon am Donnerstag nach Ostern an. Ich war überrascht von der schnellen, unkomplizierten Abwicklung dieses Garantiefalls. Vielen Dank an Terry und die Mitarbeiter des Airthereal-Supports.

I had a small problem with the display on my filter. It isn't really something that warrants replacing the entire device, so they offered to send me a replacement filter. The responses were friendly, quick, and to the point.

With one of their ozone generators, the control knob came off and was lost. Because it was still under warranty, a simple email had a new knob shipped right to me.

This product was so what I needed, I went back & bought a second one. Performance is wonderful. The only issue I had was with the first one, the readout numbers seem to have partially burned out.

I had an issue with my air filter after several months of use - suddenly the numbers shot way up over night and were reading over 300. I contacted customer service and they helped me identify and fix the problem, ultimately requiring me to open up the whole unit and clean a control panel. Although not an ideal solution, it worked! They were very responsive and helpful.

WE PURCHASED A MA5000 OZONE GENERATOR FOR OUR HAIR SALON AFFTER COVID STARTED. I STOPPED WORKING SO I ORDERED NEW PLATES AND REPLACED THEM BUT IT DID NOT FIX IT. TERRY HAD ME DO A SMALL VIDEO OF THE MACHINE TURNED ON AND AUTHORIZED TO SENT US A NEW ONE. IT ARIVED WITH NO CHARGE TO US WITHIN A FEW DAYS. Excellent air purifier for my bedroom. I never hear it running loudly, it is very quiet. It has helped reduce the amount of sneezing I do at night.

Warranty support is good.

The only flaw, is the Particle Counter display on top. I have had 2 APH260 models, and both machines had the same failing display after a few months.

This does not affect the purification function at all, but I do miss having a sense of how much dust is in the air after I change the bedclothes, dust the desk and bookcases, etc.
