The bb broke the inside of the guns silencer and then the clip spring got stuck in the inside bb hole....very poorly made gun

We bought all items that our grandson asked for. Problem is that the two attachments do not fit.
I started a return. Only category that fit was “changed mind” Then submitted it.
Your response is- if it’s a “changed mind” category then you do not cover returns and there is a restocking fee.
Wish your site was more user friendly.
I bought a gun. Why would I buy two pieces that didn’t go with the gun. At no point did anything pop up that they were not compatible. Nor is there a place to check it.
Now trying to return is a huge hassle. My opinion of your site sucks.

I purchased this airsoft rifle specifically for the purpose of converting it into a non-functional training aid for long distance precision shooting classes. With just a few mods, it now sports a pseudo-suppressor, extended pull and an adjustable cheek comb. I am delighted that it is spring loaded so I can "cock" it and it makes a noise when the trigger is depressed. All other real accessories fit perfectly! And most importantly, it is completely safe in a classroom setting. I am very pleased. Thanks, Airsoft Station!

I purchased a Lancer Tactical LT-14A with a 15" inch keymod rail. It was advertised at solid polymer construction and 440 fps.
When this gun arrived it was made out of cheap plastic...NOT polymer. The grip was broken along with one the pin holes on the upper. It laterally looked like a bunch of crap someone built. It would shoot without feeding or jamming problems and only shot 400 fps not 440 fps when it did shoot. The hop-up also appeared not to be Lancer Tactical. The barrel was also completely filthy. I emailed their "text support" they never responded. Thanks for false advertising.

I recently placed an order with Airsoft Station and unfortunately encountered several issues. The lack of transparency and accountability from the company is concerning and has left me highly disappointed as a customer. Despite attempting to reach out through phone calls and emails, their customer support has been terrible. This lack of communication and support from is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Despite issues with Fed Ex Shin K. was helpful and patient despite my own irate behavior innitially. This company has never done me wrong and at this point I'm fairly confident that the few damaged products I recieved, likely due to carrier mishandling, I likely could have reached out and they'd work with me. This company is worth your while if you need airsoft and its mountain of gear options. Shout out to Shin K. thank you for your assistance and proffesionalism throughout the process.
