This is my first time ordering from this website and I find it concise in what it asks. I had quite a few questions but most of them were already answered in the faq. Even when there was a hiccup in my order, the customer service was friendly and helpful. The responses were quite fast usually only being within a day or so. Overall very good website with easy ordering.

The parts where the recoil pad connects to the gun are broken off. Not only that, the gas reservoir was already in the gun and was full of gas when I took it out.

The side arm pistol broke the same day it was delivered.
I purchased the extended warranty and the response I received about how to file for a claim for replacement as well as when to file was confusing and seemed contradictory.
Please contact me asap to help me process a replacement pistol as this is for my 12yo son who was very upset and keeps asking me about the status. 518-817-0791

Let me explain my situation, we are a business, we get orders constantly throughout the week. From mon - sun with no issue, custom ordered an item for a customer contingent on the fact it arrive before sunday. This item was ordered Wednesday. They allow one entire business day for processing, which for some reason means 2 days, as i ordered it wednesday morning and it didnt ship until thursday night. I finally got tracking after speaking to customer support and guess what? Expected delivery monday, i reached out to support to ask why our extra charge of $50 USD was 4 day shipping, not 2. their response? "We Exclude Weekends In Shipping" So there was literally no point in spending an extra 50 dollars. When asked why he posted their shipping policy which is hidden at the bottom of their main page, which states on ONE line that they exclude weekends. Mind you this was NOT presented AT ALL at checkout, checkout simply says 1 -2 day shipping with no information on policy, will be looking elsewhere as it will not arrive in time for the customer and we have a glorified paper weight for $300, thanks airsoftstation.

I bought a Firepower F4-D M4 Full Auto Electric Airsoft Gun and am extremely disappointed with it - Laser is useless - barrel bends and moved when touched decreasing accuracy - BB hopper is in the way of the fixed sights making them useless - constructed of very very cheap plastic - THIS GUN IS HORRIBLE - The China warning sticker was pealing off so I suspect it is now defective and cannot be returned -
