My name is Ramon Bosch Clariso. We booked our taxi service through Airport Travel, and our driver was Mohammad Ali. He was an excellent individual—very helpful and kind. He made our journey exceedingly comfortable. We are highly satisfied with the service; it felt less like riding in a taxi and more like being driven by a family member. In the future, whenever we visit the United Kingdom, we will utilize this service again. We hope to be assigned the same driver and recommend this taxi company to others.

We were with the driver Ali, he treated us very well, he was very kind and arrived on time.

Consistently reliable. Always professional. Ive been using Airports Travel for all travel to Heathrow, getting a cab to Gatwick airport or and cab from the airport for years now. Theyve never let me down

This company is an absolute shables, drivers do not know where there are going, dispite sat nav.
Suits that have been worn for a month going by the look and smell of the driver and these are low value drivers, driving for peanuts from the company, normally have to work very long hours to earn anything, putting safety at risk.
Personal items in the car and boot so could not accomadate luggage.
Do youself a favour and book elsewhere .

Drivers/Clients do not belive the image you see on the Web site and the ai generated responses to feedback.

They have substandard drivers who have been blocked/barred from Uber/Bolt and cannot get work elsewhere.
PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

This company is seriously bad.
Do not complain here, nothing will be done.

Serious Warning for New Drivers and Passengers

This cab company is not as reputable as it appears on its website. I worked for them from December 2025 to January 2026 and want to share my experience, especially for drivers interested in airport trips.

For Drivers:
Do not wait until pay week to receive your payment. Insist on being prepaid for the trips you do each day. Otherwise, the company may scam you with additional charges and a 20% commission.

In my case, all the trips I completed were agreed upon after a 20% commission. However, when I received my payslip, it showed the opposite—they charged 20% on the amount they were supposed to pay me after the commission had already been deducted. This means you end up losing more than you agreed to.

They also made me pay for their own mistakes. For example, I was assigned to pick up a passenger from London to Gatwick at 12pm, and then was expected to be back in London by 3pm for another job. I explained that this was not possible, but they assured me they would keep the passenger waiting for me. While they did, they then charged me 95% of my fare for this trip. In other words, I was working for free because of their scheduling error, as they were desperate for drivers to fill jobs.

For Passengers:
They do not care about the passengers. I witnessed several passengers miss their flights due to the company’s reckless behavior and poor time management.

**PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.**
Instead use Uber or Bolt for London Airport journey

“Good day. This company is a ghost company. It doesn’t pay the drivers, takes their money, and sometimes even makes them drive without insurance. It is a worthless company. Please do not ever use this transport company again.”

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked Airports Travel Ltd based on the good reviews. WARNING: good reviews won't help you when are 90 MINUTES LATE to your destination - as we were - because the assigned driver is tardy, inexperienced, and unprofessional. We waited at Gatwick Airport for a transport to Heathrow. When he finally arrived, we were astonished to learn that he had parked his car in long-term parking, which required us to endure a long bus ride to his car, with our luggage in tow. His car was dirty and cluttered with his personal items. He then could not find his way out of the car park, nor was he experienced with the parking pay station. He then drove like a maniac to get us to our connecting flight at Heathrow, which we nearly missed. Please, do yourself a favor and choose a reliable company. Do not risk missing your flight, or put your safety in peril, with this company. You're welcome.

Great communication from this company when I arrived from my trip. The controller Awais was very helpful and connected me with the driver. The Driver Mohamed Islam made pleasant conversation during journey home and very friendly. Able to get me home within a good time. Thank you for a great service.

I cannot recommend Airport Travel Limited highly enough! Despite a delay in our schedule, the driver and office maintained constant communication, ensuring we felt supported and stress-free. They were incredibly patient and polite throughout the process.

What stood out the most was how welcoming and accommodating the driver was with my kids, making them feel comfortable and at ease during the journey, a rare and much-appreciated quality.

I will undoubtedly be using their services for future trips and encourage anyone in need of reliable, professional travel assistance to do the same. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Good service, very attentive, I recommend

Our first driver who picked us up from the airport was super nice, but the driver which took us to the airport was driving like crazy and harassing other drivers.
