Driver over 30 minutes late with poor excuses and lack of customer service
When booking I added an additional 80 minutes to not inconvenience a driver so that we could get through customs and be picked up accordingly.
The driver was over 30 minutes late past the time buffer of 80 minutes that we put in. The place made excuses that there was traffic or couldn't get into the airport and those are items that need to be anticipated by any driver.
Due to the poor customer service, I would recommend looking at other airport transports if you want to have reliability.

Besvarelse fra Airport Pickups-london
Dear Customer,
We are very sorry for the delay you experienced. Regardless of the circumstances on the day, arriving over 30 minutes after the agreed meeting time is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We would very much appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. Please contact me directly before your next booking and I would be happy to arrange a complimentary vehicle upgrade at no additional cost.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Oliver

Great Experience
Excellent service from Airport Pickups London. Santokh collected us from Heathrow Airport and provided a very smooth and pleasant transfer to our hotel in central London.
Our flight was delayed, but thanks to the waiting time we had arranged and the fact that they track flights in real time, our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, and kindly assisted us with all our luggage.
A very reliable and stress-free service. Highly recommended!

Good.
Came early when requested, helped with the luggage, pleasant conversation, clean car, safe driving. The commission is abhorrent though, APL taking 25% for just being a website is insane.

LHR to Southampton and Central London to LHR
We booked Airport Pickups-London for a transfer from LHR to Southampton for our family of 4. Communication was great, our plane arrived early, yet we were stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I message the company and they held the driver until we had picked up our luggage. The driver was personable, and funny. He ensured we got to our location in a timely manner. We then booked Airport Pickups-London again for our trip from Central London to LHR, the night before. They responded quickly to my inquiry, and helped me book our return trip. The driver was late due to traffic, but both the driver and dispatch communicated with us, and was courteous. I would recommend Airport Pickups-London 100%

The driver was Sukh Chohan. He is “top notch”. He was waiting for us at the London Heathrow airport exactly when and where he said he would. He is very courteous and is a professional driver. It doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended his service.
