The customer service was excellent, updated my order when I mistakenly ordered the wrong barrel length and they reviewed my order and corrected the barrel band sizing. Excellent company with great people that actually care about the customer and their satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about Air Gun Tactical! Put the order in on the 8th didn't ship till the 10th it got it on the 15th. Wouldn't of cared if I haven't ran out of pellets for my new toy. And to think you will have then don't is a drag. But things could be worse just wasn't happy with the promptness.

Showed up with a leak but was able to get solved.
I ordered a gun it showed up fast. Although it was leaking when I got it. I reached out to support, they had me tighten the air gauge to spec. No longer seems to be leaking. Thanks guys.

This was my first order with air gun…
This was my first order with air gun tactical. Everything shipped fairly quickly, and I received my products undamaged and in a timely fashion.
There was a small issue with one of the products. Within 24 hours of getting a hold of them and explaining the issue, they had solved the problem and made the experience good enough that I just placed another order through them this morning! Thank you airgun tactical :D
