This is my second purchase ordering the holster for the Pistelle X-68. It fits excellent for the weapon. I went through 5 holster until I was on Utube and discovered from a guy referring to your company regarding purchasing the holster for the Pistelle X-68. Great Job.

After digesting this scenario or situation. And some reflection, I realize that AirGun Tactical took their responsibility very seriously. The fact that the USPS has been failing us little by little until now it takes, what should be a three day delivery now takes over a week. I believe their standards have been lacking. But I can’t hold AirGun Tictical responsible for the USPS shortcomings.

Product was in perfect shape and received quickly. Can't wait until the manual comes out for T50.

My experience with this purchase was exceptional, from ease of the websites usage to searching for items whether individually or those bundled deals its there, the algorithm allows for accessories to be automatically uploaded to your selection choices as well, thats a nice time saver to have as a feature.
I'm very pleased with the company's customer service, they handle emails in an expedited fashion ready to accommodate any issues, questions, or curiosities we may have as customers, I appreciate that the most, im looking forward to my bundled package in November or prior to if preorders come early, thank you again AGT.

When y'all show the display online, what? Uh, big check M50 comes in. It looks like a case. Y'all put mine in a box with styrofoam.That's not what I was expecting. Misleading advertising.

Received order quickly. As far as customer service gos, I don't know yet until I need warranty service or any other types of support.
Only complaint is that I need to get response from eMails regarding the ordering of stair parts for my
AEA Air Gun product.

My order came in on time and tested all 3 airguns ( zeus 72 tactical 16in, bintac t50 extreme, and bintac t9). They all fired and seemed to be in good condition.

I am an actual customer that just got into air guns and rifles 6-8 months ago so this is a 100% honest review. When you need help, they are very knowledgeable at ever aspect from o-rings to magazines to the fully assembled rifle. I even bought a gun from a different store and they helped me out. Good friendly staff that speaks to you the same way if you’re a beginner or a 20 veteran into the air gun world.

While starting out fine it got worse faster than imagined.I finally got a refund after i filed a complaint through PayPal.Find a reputable, reliable business that has better communication and processes than the guys do. Below is my experience.

- I emailed Airgun tactical on Tuesday 2 Sep 2025 explaining the issue I've been having with my HPMax air rifle. They responded, "Call us tomorrow, Wednesday after 11 am so we can try and help troubleshoot the problem"

- I Called Airgun tactical on Wednesday 3 Sep @ 11:43 and spoke with a gentalmen about the issue and we did some over the phone troubleshooting. After explaining to him the rifle was new and only shot a few times he asked if i ever took anything apart and/or modified the rifle, i stated no to both questions. Then the gentlman insisted the issue was the air fill port and/or bad o-rings and recommended purchasing new fill ports, i ordered 2 from his store. Call lasted 11 mins 3 sec

- The 2 air ports arrived a few days later, I swapped it out with the new one, the air rifle continues to have the same problem

-I again called on Tuesday 9 Sep and spoke with a different gentleman and explained to him I tried the recommended troubleshooting and air port replacement and it didn't fix the issue and I wanted to ship my rifle to the store. He stated I would get an email with an invoice as well as a repair request voucher out to me in an email

- I recieved the payment invoice as well as the repair request voucher on Wednesday 10 Sep @ 5:18 pm

- I completed the repair request and payed the $214.50 up front free and it finally went through on Saturday 13 Sep through PayPal

- Airgun tactical phone recording states upon approval an email would be sent out with shipping instructions within 48 hours. I never recieved that email so I gave it some time and finally called back Thursday 18 Sep @ 12:39 pm and got a recording, I called right back at 12:41, I then spoke with a gentleman and explained this situation ive been having to him regarding this email i was to get for shipping the rifle. He looked it up, verified everything and said my payment and paperwork was good to go and I would recieve an email with shipping instructions that evening, I never received that email

- I again called eight times on Friday 19 Sep between 12:36 pm - 14:28 pm with no answer just a recording. I tried one more time at 12:37 pm and a gentleman finally answered and sounded completely flustered, in a hurry and went back and forth with being able to and not being able to repair my rifle. I explained to him I spoke with multiple employees and they stated they could repair it and sent me the repair request and payment invoice, which i paid. Then he quickly said oh yea we have your email and information and it would go out that evening before even asking my name. Then I told him my name he stated the shipping instructions email would go out this evening, again and they have been super busy, I never recieved the email

- on 19 Sep 2025 @ 7:56 pm, I sent an email addressing the issues I'm having along with the above timeline and then stated I was standing by for a way forward on this issue and was still waiting on the email with a shipping lable.

- 20/21 Sep 2025 closed on weekends

- 22 Sep 2025 I sill hadn't received any type of communication or email containing shipping instructions. They still have my required $214.50 prepay payment

-after filing a complaint and supplying all the emails, phone records and messages I had with Airgun Tactical i was finally given a full refund of $214.50. My advise is to read the multiple negative reviews from multiple sources pertaining to business practices, extremely bad attitude responsibility to customers, etc... just stay away from this place,

Dragon Claw two showed up in just a few days. Air bolts were sold out. They notified me the day they had some and BOOM; they shipped out in just a few days. Awesome products, fast service and everything showed up packed well and looking amazing! This is my first experience with Air Gun Tactical, and I’m going to keep coming back!
