We cancelled because the information you provided raised verification concerns: the name on your email did not match the name on the order, and three separate orders for the exact same items were placed this past Friday at 10:34 AM, 12:54 PM, and 1:07 PM. Because of the mismatched details and the repeated identical orders within a short timeframe, we had legitimate concerns about the orders’ validity and chose to cancel while we investigated. Well the order that went missing and wrong
Well, as you know, I had to change my order up you updated on the 19th, but you didn’t hit the button to send it out. I had to call. I had to leave emails so when you finally hit the button to send my shipment out, you left the burst disc out. I got everything else, but the burst disc customer service really sucks at times what you guys Merry Christmas.

This has caused some delays in our shipping and processing times, and it’s the reason we haven’t run any Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales this year. We are doing our best to fulfill orders and provide quality service, but I regret that we fell short in your instance, particularly with the oversight of the burst disc.
If you haven't already, please reach out to us directly regarding the missing burst disc, and we will make sure to resolve this for you promptly. We will even include some free ammo and another pack of bust discs.

We sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your order. The cancellation occurred because the billing information provided was from outside the country (Mexico), while the shipping address listed was within the USA in Texas. Unfortunately, the address appears to be a mailbox service rather than a residential or business address. As a policy, we cannot ship to mailbox services in the mainland USA, although we do accommodate such shipping for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
We understand you mentioned purchasing from other companies with this address and hope you find a retailer that can meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

It took longer than I thought to received the product and unless I sent emails inquiring, there were no notifications as to when I could expect the order to be filled. On the product side, I wish there were some paper instructions describing how to assemble the pieces.

Additionally, please note that we are not the manufacturer, so any issues with installation instructions are outside of our control. Adding barrels plus magnum…
I don’t have any complaints on service I’ve submitted reviews a few of them and it’s all good. Wish you guys carried steel barrels for the harpoon but that’s something else. I’ve purchased one harpoon shorty with many ammo packs and one notos rifle. Both are good if not great. May be interested in something else soon. Service and communication is good.( a slip of the hand was at fault, corrected). 5 stars. Update: haven’t been able to score steel barrels so I’ll move on to magnum 22” and 25cc cartridges soon.
