Well the order that went missing and wrong
Well, as you know, I had to change my order up you updated on the 19th, but you didn’t hit the button to send it out. I had to call. I had to leave emails so when you finally hit the button to send my shipment out, you left the burst disc out. I got everything else, but the burst disc customer service really sucks at times what you guys Merry Christmas.

The cancellation occurred because the billing information provided was from outside the country (Mexico), while the shipping address listed was within the USA in Texas. Unfortunately, the address appears to be a mailbox service rather than a residential or business address. As a policy, we cannot ship to mailbox services in the mainland USA, although we do accommodate such shipping for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
We understand you mentioned purchasing from other companies with this address and hope you find a retailer that can meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
It took longer than I thought to…
It took longer than I thought to received the product and unless I sent emails inquiring, there were no notifications as to when I could expect the order to be filled. On the product side, I wish there were some paper instructions describing how to assemble the pieces.

Adding barrels plus magnum…
I don’t have any complaints on service I’ve submitted reviews a few of them and it’s all good. Wish you guys carried steel barrels for the harpoon but that’s something else. I’ve purchased one harpoon shorty with many ammo packs and one notos rifle. Both are good if not great. May be interested in something else soon. Service and communication is good.( a slip of the hand was at fault, corrected). 5 stars. Update: haven’t been able to score steel barrels so I’ll move on to magnum 22” and 25cc cartridges soon.

I placed two orders I waited and waited and then I find out cuz they're canceled so I called you guys and you said call cash at I was on the phone with cash out for 48 minutes and they said Mr Hunt there's no restrictions no cancellations on our end contact the merchant so that's what I'm doing

This customer has been attempting to place orders via CashApp without actually sending payment. We contacted CashApp, and they have no record of any payment attempt from the customer. We’ve also emailed the customer multiple times, explaining that we do not keep orders open without a payment on file, as this prevents real paying customers from purchasing inventory.
The customer was advised to send us screenshots of any payment proof, and we also suggested trying alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Venmo, or credit card if CashApp isn’t working.
Ultimately, no order will remain open without a confirmed payment.
Great selection
They have a good selection of air gun supplies. I purchased 50 caliber 260 grain slugs for deer hunting. A good balance of weight and speed in my opinion. Air gun tactical's slugs shoot great and group well on a budget! Shipping was pretty (standard)
