Fairly good service could have done with more comms to know when order would be dispatched etc . I guess I’m spoilt with big companies and their logistics methods .

1st class customer service
Order was processed very quickly but what I was most impressed with is that I ordered the 58th season t shirt and sweatshirt. Only the next day I receive an email from the lovely polly asking if I would like to upgrade my order to the 59th season version that had only just been released that day!!! Of course I said yes and was over the moon with it. Now that's what I call a first class customer service

Best in the World
Best in the World. Was looking for something to remind me of my youth and saw the beanie. The process from start to finish was really easy. The beanie hat itself is of great quality and a fantastic deep red. It certainly keeps your head warm and is a fantastic addition to my collection

It’s a shame I had to give this company…
It’s a shame I had to give this company even a single star.
I have ordered various products in the past with no issues. But when it comes to ordering embroidered
T shirts, this is when the the fun starts. The operatives Polly and Amy have little knowledge of the products on their own website. Two orders have been sent to me incorrectly. The narrative with regards any complaints gives the impression that you are dealing with a wide boy, back street outfit. I would strongly advise not to buy these items from this company, they are non refundable, there is no customer ethos and the buyer who should beware, will be responsible for this companies mistakes in the ordering process. Quite simply the worst online experience I have ever had.
I stand by my original assessment with regards the second delivery, this company is acting in a highly irregular manor and either has no control over its ordering process, is dishonest or incompetent.
Unfortunately I am now stuck with a T shirt that I did not order, from a company that won’t admit its mistakes, buyer beware.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. We always try our best to rectify any order errors as soon as customer contact us which we did in your case.
We have agreed with you that first order was sent incorrectly, and this was rectified quickly, and the correct products were sent to you which you have now received.
You have emailed us to say that the products we have shipped are incorrect again. We have sent you order confirmation (copy of which you would receive as well) where it shows, that correct products have been sent to you. However, you have said that this is incorrect and that we have issue with our system as you have ordered something else.
In order to resolve the issue with your order and to check if there is error with our system, we have asked you to provide us with copy of the order confirmation you have received when placing order, however you are refusing to do this.
We are unable to resolve this issue if you refusing to provide us with order confirmation you have received if it is showing different products to our order confirmation.
Once you provide us with the information we have requested, we are more than happy to issue refund or exchange for correct items.
The embroidery items are made to order and therefore they are non refundable. This is also clearly stated on our website under each product.
