Fraude, agence à fuir absolument. J'ai fait affaire avec eux en achetant mon Billet d'avion pour les USA au mois de juillet, pour un voyage prévu en octibre. Sauf que le billet d'avion n'est pas envoyé systématiquement et quand j'appelle personne ne m'a informé qu'il s'agissait d'un billet de base. On me dit juste que le billet sera émis 3 jours avant mon départ. Alors en Octobre je ne reçois pas mon billet, il a fallu plusieurs appels pour finalement avoir l'information que j'ai été mise sur une liste d'attente pour le jour de mon vol avec 42 personnes avant moi. de peur j'ai voulu changer de billet et finalement j'ai dû payer plus du double du billet initial pour pouvoir avoir un billet la veille de mon départ. Et même une fois sur place, ils te font vivre un véritable enfer pour te trouver un vol retour, en t'imposant des vols à 5h ou 7h du matin, à prendre moyennant un crédit de 300$, ou à laisser. J'ai annulé certains travaux pour pouvoir prendre le vol de 7h du matin, avec plus de 8h d'escale. Mais une fois de retour, le crédit de 300$ promis n'a jamais été émis, malgré mes courriels de réclamation

I like to say sorry to the company for not putting a not good review AIRBEAS TRAVEL UK.. they are not a scam company..i book a fright to go away on hoilday in 2026.it was £577.which and Ethad airways wanted another £180 for my seats on the plane...i said no way i am paying that and i request a refund which does take 3 weeks to get it. i did get my refund money back.thank you very much Zara and the manger for making sure i got my money back..these bad reviews of the company the saying is you cant make everyone happy............

I paid £757for a discounted ticket to Nigeria on Thursday and was told the deal is still on when I checked first by phoning before payment , after my payment was accepted , I became concerned as I kept calling and advised to wait for 48hs for etickets , no tickets issued after 48hrs, instead I was offered other options of more obscured airlines on another date and asked to pay additional money for the another airline on different date which I have declined and requested my full refund instead
I have no email confirmation of refund since then, no response when I have been calling Airbeas office , no response to my email

I have booked my return flight to Thailand and this company have taken the money for it. I have not received my E ticket and I can not get in contact with anyone.

I'm unsure wether to report this or to give it a bit more time for them to send me my E tickets. I have been advised to contact IATA and the aviation authorities as I can not make contact with this company.

I am finding this company very unprofessional.

Turkish Airlines cancelled a flight to Manila and Ava quickly got me an alternative and kept in regular contact by telephone. She saved the day

WARNING !! Airbeas Travel Ltd is a SCAM. THEY DO A TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. Advertising flights at low prices that don't exisit and then come back to the customer after ordering only to say it is not available at that price and then offer the same ticket at a much higher price. They are an Indian based company that has access to UK online websites and landline numbers, but they pretend to be a UK-based company,

AVOID at all cost. Fortunately I paid using my credit card so I can arrange a charge back though my credit card company.

Airbeas actually tried to scam me over the phone for verification by cc details they already had,when aked why so called Adam said its not to take money(had fraud alert on my app 1760 pounds they were trying to take as i spoke to them)refused to repay 2265 already paid,SCAM SCAM based in Turkey

Four days before my departure they called me to tell me that the flight (Montreal / New Jersey) is full and that I have to pay extra. Instead of costing me $498 (for 2 people) they are asking for $1300. Really disappointed because I trusted them. They refunded me $100 but I had to book a last minute flight with another company for $1000.
