From my experience. Still no refund after 10 months even though promised . They take money from old and vulnerable and if you use this company your in my opinion funding this despicable behaviour. Also it could be you next 🤔. Ive seen other companies on this platform who converse, discuss and are concerned for their customers and try to resolve issues. This however this has never happened here . They do not reply to emails . In my opinion they behave like the typical bully . there be ok while your accepting there terms but if you dont accept their inflated prices and dodgy dealings then things will change in my opinion . In my opinion the manager is ignorant and without professional ethics. God bless and goodnight 🙂

Booked tickets. They said 48h before we would have tickets. No tickets were never booked for us. Wanted to charge us 700$ / person more, asked refund. Waited for refund, never came in for 8 months after many company contract letterS from the refund department, sent legal papers for suing, wrong adresses, false adresses. Telephone lines were cut for 2 month and more, march till april 2026, Fraud, Fraud, SCAMMERS, don't buy tickets or anything with them, they owe us 2381 $.

Helpful efficient and friendly service Maggi Grace was excellent and I received my e-ticket the same day

Very disappointing experience with Airbeast Travel. They first sent a reservation and said the ticket was confirmed, asking us to make payment immediately, which we did. After payment, they repeatedly assured us the ticket was confirmed and would be delivered within 24 hours, then by 3 PM, then after the weekend. Finally, on Monday, they said the ticket was not available unless we paid more money.

What is more unfair is that no tickets were issued in our names, yet they still asked for £75 per person as an administration fee. The whole experience felt misleading with false promises and unfair charges. Please be cautious before booking.

It was a wonderful customer service experience from Maggie Grace of Airbeas Travel for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong. I really impressed how she dealt my booking and managed to facilitate all my desires. I was looking a trusted travel agent for all of future trips. Thank you.

I was contacted numerous times by Alex and Jetti . Alex was very good understanding my choices of flights. He offered me many flights until he found one that was suitable for me. I thanked him for putting up with me. Excellent experience booking a flight with Airbeas. I would happily recommend to my friends and family.

My British Airways return flight to Malaysia involves a direct flight outbound but a stopover at DOHA inbound. With the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, it was not certain I could be back in UK on the booked day which is important to me. Unfortunately, unknown to me, the inbound flights (KL-DOHA & DOHA-London) were not BA flights but a codeshare flights. This means I would be flying on a Qatar plane . BA has already suspended all flights to DOHA but my flight was not operated by BA.

Alex (Airbeas Travel) helped me to cancel my flights and secured me a credit to be use for my journey which is now postposed. The initial personnel at Airbeas were unable to help me but eventually esculated the problem to Alex who resolved the problem for me with 24 hours.
