I’ve been using Airacer for years, mostly for flights between New York and Geneva. I’ve booked with them so many times that I honestly couldn’t tell you the exact number. I met the team in person in New York once. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. At this point, I know who I’m dealing with, so whenever I need a flight, I usually just call them. I’ve had a good experience over the years and will most likely keep using them.

Flew from LA to Cancun with our baby and I was a little worried about how the flight would go. She ended up sleeping almost the whole time, even during takeoff and landing, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. Having a flight attendant onboard helped a lot too. Honestly the whole thing was much easier than I thought it would be

Recently flew with Airacer on a Gulfstream G650ER from Santa Ana up to New Jersey. Chartering can sometimes be a hassle with logistics, but their team kept everything clear and straightforward. Handler pick-up and drop-off went smoothly on both ends. Really solid service all around

I booked a Gulfstream G-IVSP, but Jason surprised me with a G550 instead. I definitely wasn’t expecting that. The jet was really nice, and my girlfriend loved it too. I’ve booked with them a few times before, and I’ll definitely book with them again.

We were about 20 minutes late getting to the airport, and I was already stressed. Cecilia didn’t rush us at all. She just told us to drive safely. The captain was still waiting when we got there. I felt bad for being late, but they were really nice about it.

I’m based on the West Coast but travel to the East Coast all the time. I used to bounce around between different charter companies, but I started using Airacer a few years ago and just kept using them. One morning, the pilot got sick and the plane couldn’t leave. I figured we were probably stuck for the day, but they somehow found another aircraft in about two hours. I honestly still don’t know how they pulled that off. I’ve booked with them a bunch of times since.

I’ve used Airacer quite a few times. I booked a Challenger 604 empty leg this time, and the day before the flight they told me it would actually be a Challenger 850 instead. No complaints from me, haha.

We booked super last minute and happened to find an empty leg that worked for us. It was me, the kids, and their nanny. They were still working on the details around 2 AM, and the itinerary came through early the next morning. I have no idea when they slept, haha. I was honestly just happy the whole trip came together.

Communication was easy, they kept me updated, and I felt well taken care of throughout the trip.
I’ve continued using Airacer because I trust their team, and this experience was another reminder of why.

Our flight out of New York was delayed for several hours because of the rain. It was frustrating, but the team kept us updated and ordered food for us while we waited. We eventually got out, and they also arranged a car for us in San Francisco. They handled a difficult travel day really well.

Our family has been travelled with Airacer for few times, we always had good experience with them, great service and excellent communication. Definitely will fly with them again!
