Got charged even though they never confirmed appointment
I tried booking an appointment. They immediately charged my card. They said I should wait 45 minutes for confirmation. Never got the confirmation, so never went to appointment, but they charged me anyway. They had my email, my phone #, and all, but they claim they confirmed via whatsapp (which I never received). They never refunded me. Awful company. STAY AWAY from Air Doctor air-dr.com

I'm so grateful to have found this service. I was in a foreign country and needed quick access to a doctor because I'd forgotten my medication at home. I was connected to a doctor in the country I was staying and had and appointment the promptly. The doctor was kind and very helpful.

Excellent service
Excellent service and very good doctor although my provider WorldNomads Travel Insurance could have helped more by explaining how the process would work. Note to AirDoctors I.T team - because of a previous stalking issue I would have preferred not to activate location services on my phone and instead just put the town where I needed help.

My wife and I
My wife and I, visited Costa Rica, while there she was injured on a bike. The Global Network made the appoints and cover all treatment expenses, the care facility was the best. The name of the facility is San Gabriel, in Puerto Viejo, the staff is the best hands down. My wife was treated and released in a few hours. I LOVE THAT PLACE.

Convenient service!
I was traveling around Argentina when I developed a UTI. After a google search I stumbled across this platform, downloaded the app and hoped for the best. Within one hour I was scheduled a consultation with an English speaking doctor (received texts and email confirmation) explained my symptoms and he wrote be a prescription for antibiotics. The prescription never came through my email but he gave me his whatsapp number to contact if I had problems, I texted him and within one minute he replied and re-sent the prescription through whatsapp. I filled it at a pharmacy in Puerto Madryn where I was. The entire ordeal from scheduling a consultation to getting my prescription took no longer than 1.5 hours. Really saved me! 100% would recommend this service for non emergent medical issues as it is incredibly convenient.

Highly recommend when in Europe!
Got sick in Berlin, requested a video appointment, which was booked within 90 minutes of my request. Doctor was very thorough, sent prescriptions for me to a local pharmacy within 10 minutes, I was very impressed with the service and the doctor!

Great fast service while traveling
Great fast service while traveling! It was easy to make an appointment with a well-qualified ENT specialist who spoke perfect English. We were on vacation in Buenos Aires when my ear pain threatened to ruin our trip. Thanks to Air Doctor i am already feeling better. This service came through my Allianz travel insurance. I highly recommend this excellent service!
