Ich bin wirklich schockiert über den…
Ich bin wirklich schockiert über den Kundenservice von Air Doctor. Ich habe dringend ein Röntgenbild gebraucht und war dafür beim Arzt. Der Arzt teilte mir mit, dass er das Röntgen nur machen kann, wenn er vorher eine Bestätigung von Air Doctor bekommt. Er hat sogar direkt mit Air Doctor Kontakt aufgenommen.
Ich habe mehrfach (!) an den Support geschrieben und erklärt, dass ich dringend diese Bestätigung brauche, damit das Röntgen endlich gemacht werden kann. Statt einer konkreten Antwort oder Hilfe bekomme ich immer wieder dieselben generischen Standardantworten, die überhaupt nichts mit meinem konkreten Fall zu tun haben.
Ich habe mein Anliegen mehrfach klar und verständlich geschildert – trotzdem wird es offensichtlich nicht gelesen oder ernst genommen. Ich habe sogar ausdrücklich darum gebeten, mit einem Supervisor zu sprechen, aber auch darauf kam nur wieder eine automatisierte Standardantwort.
Es kann nicht sein, dass ein medizinisch dringender Fall so ignoriert wird. Ich erwarte, dass jemand endlich mein konkretes Anliegen prüft und nicht nur Textbausteine zurückschickt. Unfassbar respektlos und unprofessionell, besonders bei medizinischen Themen, bei denen Zeit eine große Rolle spielt.
👉 Bitte leiten Sie meinen Fall umgehend an einen Supervisor oder Entscheidungsträger weiter.

Double charged and no reply from Air-Dr
Both the doctors surgery and Air-Dr charged me for medication.
I contacted Air-Dr accounts department on three occasions over two weeks. No reply.
Anyway - out of pocket now for the medication on two occasions.

AirDoctor im Italienurlaub genutzt
Ich habe im Italienurlaub über ADAC Premium Mitgliedschaft die AirDoctor genutzt. Hier kann man sogar ein Hausbesuch buchen. Das einfach perfekt. Innerhalb von 45 Minuten bekommt man einen Wunschtermin bestätigt oder kriegt einen Alternativtermin.
Alles hat sehr gut geklappt.
