I needed to see a doctor for a respiratory illness on the weekend. I found Air Doctor online. The platform was very easy to sign up on, it did not ask for too much information to get connected. I had a choice of doctors close to me and got an appointment within 3 hours. The doctor was very good, no waiting at her clinic. The communications and billing were straightfoward with Airdoc. I was very pleased and will use the system again if i need further medical help while traveling.

Hello I want to praise the professional and pleasant service of Dr. Tayo. He arrived on time, examined me and gave me the right medicine for me. He showed me where the nearest pharmacy was to the hotel I was staying at. In addition, when I was at the pharmacy, I contacted him via WhatsApp because they didn't have the medicine and they offered me an equivalent medicine and he approved it. Amazing. I got sick in Cambodia right before a flight. I was able to login to air doctor and book an appointment within 4 hours in another city ( Bangkok ). I went to the practice, they saw me early, checked my vitals, I saw a doctor, was given appropriate tests, was prescribed medication and sent results online. Amazing add on to travel insurance from the Post Office. Took a signficant amount of stress out of this situation. Thank you so much.

I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Sukrit Thanasrivanichai and his very professional nurses. Extremely knowledgeable. Outstanding and very thorough patient care. Everyone made me feel safe and reassured during my illness and crisis. I'm a registered nurse. I've never experienced this level of care. We need this healthcare service in the United States. We need more health care professionals like them all over the world. Healthcare at its finest. I highly recommend.

Process was very smooth and easy - went from enrollment to having an appointment in about 5 minutes. System provided great options for in person or video. I was expecting to have to deal with receipts and a reimbursement process, but everything was handled on the back end. No up front costs and only a reasonable copay for the medicine
