Same as everyone, I got screwed by them. Bad quality product.
I have been so disapointed with this product 3 years ago... I have bought it from Ainol Novo and have been underwhelmed ever since. The screen was clearly poped from the frame from day 1. The battery was not near what was promised and it was constantly overheating. The reason I use past tense is because it recently died. It litterally won't turn on. Worst buy of my life. Worst part is there is nothing I can do. It's just money thrown away...The company won't even reply to me.
I bought a Cube tablet for about 3 years and more than a year I have been trying to get answers if there is the possibility of repairing the tablet (broken glass) and nothing.
as it is possible there are these companies?
Worse than this later contacted the manufacturing company with the problem that told me I would have to contact the reseller.
And so here I was with a tablet unused and unattended.
There should be a world organization to stop these fraudulent abuse.
So buying directly to the Chinese is a bad business.

Missing charger, tablet devise all messed up, screen not working well, etc...
They only replied to an email on their main email address saying they assumed the issue to be resolved.
I sent emails all over the place and eventually got a reply from someone:

First of all, I feel so sorry about the troubles you met when purchase Ainol products.
But Ainol-novo is not our official website, we don't have any official retail website.
They are a trading company who purchase goods from China market with Chinese version products.
So it is really hard for us to control them, as they are even not our agent.
So we advice first of all contacting them to solve the problem, and then don't purchase any products from them any more, what they care is one time business without any after sales customer service.
Already a lot of users complain about that.
And we are contacting them to require them withdraw the website.
Sorry again about the troubles.

i bought a tablet , and it was come with a problem. i was sent 20 mail nobody anwser me. Never buy from this company again, NOT RECOMENDED
The tablet I ordered had a defective camera on arrival. I complained and ainol-novo agreed to pay back my money after returning the tablet. So I returned the tablet and they said they received it on February 6. I'm still waiting for the money refund. The support won't answer my emails anymore. I'm very disappointed.
Main reason to avoid this site and people is a very poor customer service
I was their customer. the last tablet I ordered had a problem with booting so I asked for help their customer service. they were trying to help till the moment we found that the tablet is faulty and I wanted return it. No reply since this time
1)Be patient and prepare yourself for a long time waiting for any reply of them.
2)Doesn't matter if you are registered with them or not, any email you send to them won't be registered in your account (no proof of correspondence)till the moment they reply to you.
3)If you have any bigger problem after sale like faulty, broken product or you are looking for an exchange, refund etc. they just don't know you at all.
I ordered 2 tablets from this company but only received one. They are ignoring my requests for a refund. I am now around £135 out of pocket, with nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs
