An excellent service with the staff making my experience an excellent one

Sales team very patient and helpful , car we went to look at wasn’t what we expected but sales team found us another car which is fabulous,

Service was 1st Class. All the staff were attentive, professional and looked after me perfectly.

My car was recalled. I was booked in within a few days. Car sorted and even cleaned. Staff were lovely couldn’t have done enough for you

I was booked in for 8am and they were prompt in taking my vehicle waiting area was comfortable and complimentary coffee was great and very Friendly staff

It was a pleasure to leave my vehicle in to have the airbag replacement done , the car was ready when they said it would , they also washed my car before I collected it , many thanks to Mercedes-Benz Portadown

I took an appointment where you wait until the service is complete. I wasn't offered a coffee or tea once in the 3 hours. When the van was finished, it wasn't hoovered out or hosed down as happened at all other dealerships I have used in the past. Fairly poor customer service.

The level of service on show echoes the Audi brand i.e. high class. From first meeting to final handover all staff where exceptional. They are a credit to the Agnew group.

The staff are excellent from the moment one arrives on leaving their car until leaving. He showroom is clean and the choice of Refresh next good.
The downside of my visit to have work done on my vehicle which has happened twice at Mercedes Belfast, my car was not washed after completion by the mechanics. This happened again yesterday which is a disapointment for the price I pay each month for a Mercedes service plan.

Hollie kept in contact with me regarding any update on my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the issues I was having.

The pre-service communication the day before was excellent. The greeting on the day and the environment (coffee, seating and relaxed atmosphere) made the two-hour wait on site pass very quickly. I was first informed how the service would proceed, the cost and what follow-up would be needed if required. I then received a video on my smart phone after the service was complete highlighting all the areas examined. The final feedback was a written form produced by the engineer covering all the details of the service and what issues I might keep an eye on in future. Overall, a thoroughly my professional experience.

Top marks to the team from me. Each contact was both professional and efficient. The receptionist, the coffee bar assistant together with the backstage people who interacted with me concerning the service. The car looked like new inside and out when I drove off from the premises.
