I have ordered 4 separate things from agent fiamma and found nothing but a positive service from them very helpful, and very knowledgeable . I will have no hesitation in ordering again thank you

Fiamma tripod table system bought for £81.00 Not fit for purpose as tube doesn't fully slot into their genuine cup shaped receptor. It consequently wobbles so the table top rocks even on a level surface.
They agreed on testing in house that it does do this due to its design!
Totally unfit for purpose and a H&S issue if hot beverages placed on the table.
They will not accept it is faulty.
Total waste of money and Trading Standards will be contacted.

Having spoken on two occasions with Agent Fiamma over the phone asking for assistance with ordering the correct awning panels for our motorhome , we discovered that the items they sold to us did not fit .
On calling them to get help in sorting it out , they said we needed to call back and speak to the owner , Daniel .
After calling Daniel and asking if he could help us , he flatly refused , saying that we had ordered the wrong products for our needs . On reminding him that we had spent two calls and considerable time seeking their guidance , he then became angry and aggressive .
This is a company that has no moral ethics and should be avoided at all costs .
We are now left with products that are useless , with no fault of our own .
Do not trust these unscrupulous people .

Really Bad, they sold me the wrong awning and brackets and then would never answer the phones, I sent them 5 emails regarding the problems and they never responded.... Keep away from this company they are not worth dealing with...

Everything fiamma at Stourbridge the most rude unhelpful man didn’t want to help with what awning poles I needed just kept giving negative remarks. When I said he wasn’t helpful for a fiamma shop he told me to go elsewhere. Unbelievable we’ve been dealing with fiamma awnings for 40+ years can’t believe they’ve got such a rude arrogant man at Stourbridge shop

Excellent service, part delivered 3 days before estimated. Howard was very helpful on the phone and my later query on fitting was answered at 6.15pm on a Sunday evening by email from Daniel. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

I ordered the wrong part for my awning leg, However Ryan was so helpful he sourced correct part very quickly for me and it was in the post the next day.

Brilliant company to deal with.

I can't fault this company, I have ordered from them three times without disappointment. A Fiamma Privacy room was out of stock but i was promtly advised of this, approximate delivery date and the option to cancel. Eventual delivery was as stated. Two smaller items were also out of stock but arrived 2 days later. All communications have been prompt, professional, friendly and honest.

Just ordered 4 items and paid £450. Received an email saying 3 out of the 4 items are not in stock. I've cancelled order and been told it can take several days for the money to be returned to me.

Customer services didn't understand shy I had an issue with them offering things for sale when they were out of stock and that I'd have to wait for my money back.

Joke of a company not having a live link to their stock in this day and age. Won't be using again.

I am writing this review as a note of caution for future buyers of canopies over 4m in length. I have no issue with the company, but with the manner in which my order was delivered. I left specific instructions on my order as to where the canopy should be delivered, a safe place at the side of my house, behind a gate and hidden from the road. I was very disappointed to find my £400+ order was simply left at the front of my house, open to the road, where it could easily be stolen. I phoned the company to advise them of this and though they apologised, were very matter of fact about it. They stated that the only courier company who will deliver items over 4m length is Tuffnells. They went on to say that Tuffnells have a history with them of ignoring delivery instructions. Apparently its ok if orders are stolen as they can be replaced through insurance. So beware and make sure you are in when they deliver!

Daniel is a nice guy full of advice to get the sale. But then when you challenge his delivery estimate he calls you a liar. Just be honest to start with. Be warned he will send you a snotty email not to shop there again. I’ve now given my money to a super efficient honest family run business not box shifters.

I have just made my third purchase from this company and I have to say I have never experienced better service or better communication. I do not normal do reviews but I’m so impressed I have to say I highly recommend them to purchase items at a better price than others

I ordered a bike rack at the weekend. Early Monday received an email that the item ordered was out of stock and discontinued but that a newer and more expensive model (but with different colour trim) for my vehicle could be supplied for the same price as the original. I confirmed I was happy with this and it was delivered within 24 hours. I had a couple of questions regarding fitting which were answered very promptly and clearly, one even requiring contact with fiamma to get a precise answer. Bike rack was easy to fit with the information provided. All aspects of the service provided by this company were excellent - can thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered a fiamma canopy off this company yesterday through camperlands just before lunch and this morning at 9.30 recieved my delivery.Prices I couldn’t find anything better,so judging by my experience I would definitely use again and recommend

Having originally ordering a bike rack earlier in the year which was unfortunately out of stock, I asked for a call back when back in stock. Had a call on a Saturday confirming stock, ordered online on Monday and rack was delivered On Tuesday morning.
Had a small issue with one of the minor parts being broken replacement was received the following day.
Could not ask for a better service. Oh and the price was the best I could find.
Would certainly recommend Fiamma Store. 10/10.

Ordered a Fiamma F45 awning, was contacted the following day by a nice chap who made sure the awning was correct for me and advised on the best fitting kit. Received 2 days later in the scottish highlands. Everything was as it should so perfect all round.

Appalling customer service - awning arrived with wrong fitting kit, even though I phoned to get advice on what was needed. When queried it with them, he could not care less, told me it was my fault, and that I would not have been given fitment advice.

Having read some poor reviews about receiving goods I decided to ring the sales number before placing my order. I rang Monday afternoon and spoke to a helpful and professional gentleman who checked my items were in stock and gave me the option to place the order over the phone. He explained that it may not arrive the next day which I was fine with.
My order arrived Wednesday morning before10am.

Ordered a £300 canopy for next day delivery. Now 11 days on and still waiting. Emails rarely replied to, excuse after excuse received.
Terrible customer service! Avoid this company.

I am shocked and deeply disappointed by the customer services of Agent Fiamma in the UK! We wanted to order an awning for our van which was cancelled by the sales representative because we had afterall to make a change of the address through the plattform and that cost us around 25 pounds. Now, we wanted to order the product again and after a phone call with again a customer service representative, we were "Adviced" not to order because we might use the product outside the country!!! The person was exceptionally rude and hung up the phone! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!!! So disappointed from such a service !!!!!!
