Update: received an e-mail with an update that they are fixing the problems with the deliveries and that the orders are going to be sent out as soon as possible.

Have had the same experience as many other. Ordered on 4 of September but still no Agende.

I have contacted the company through e-mail and Instagram. But no response.

I will edit the review when the order finally arrives.

Terrible doesn’t even cover it, I ended up having to do a chargeback which funnily enough she cancelled my order immediately which means at least she reads emails but chooses to actively ignore genuine client complaints.

I ordered on launch day, was told there was an issue and mine would be shipped in september, that date came and went with no update, I chased again and was told it would be shipped 5 October which was an interesting update given the pre-pre order was being shipped this day. I queried this, and all every email and social media comment was ignored whilst the company was actively promoting the product.

I’m no consumer law expert but surely there’s some laws against that. In any event, I’d think very carefully about purchasing an Agende unless you’re an influencer as it seems she just wants to produce this and take your money to subsequently brag about how successful she is on social media.

Honestly love this!!! Ordered on launch and got it 3 days later. Quality is honestly better than Hermes and I can’t live without it!!

I placed an early order and recently received my Agende - it was worth the wait! The product itself is beautifully made and the paper inserts are great quality and thoughtfully laid out.
Love returning to paper as all the notes and apps on my phone were driving me around the twist, this has helped me feel far more organised!

I absolutely love my Agende. I ordered the set on 21 September and it arrived beautifully packaged on 26 September.

Opening all the different components felt so special; a bit like Christmas, New Year’s Day and the start of a new school year all at once! There’s something so satisfying about having everything in one place. The quality is very good and I'll definitely be saving the boxes!

It genuinely feels like such a brilliant investment in my own personal appearance.

I can’t wait to take it out to meetings. 🤍

Everyone needs to get one! Absolutely obsessed with mine, truly a game changer to stay organised and the quality of the actual product is fantastic!

UPDATE 08.10.2026:
After a rough start for the brand, Isobel and the team seem to have understood that something needed to change and they did. Communication is now much better, I’m receiving regular updates, and promises are being kept, at least for now. That’s why I’ve updated my rating to 3 stars. I’ll post another update and a product review once I’ve had more time to evaluate everything.

I also ordered the Agende for the September 22nd pre-order. And surprise, surprise, It is now October 5th and I have not recieved the Agende yet.. What is even worst there is absolut no comunication what so ever. If you write emails, contact them via social media or anything else, you will be ignored... I trusted her and the brand and I thought I would spend my hard earned money for someone who deserves it. This is too much money for such little service and no product!

I purchased my Agende on the 5th of September for the 22nd September shipment. It arrived on the 26th of September and I’m so pleased with it. The unboxing experience was amazing, I love that the Agende comes in a dust bag and the boxes are so beautiful. It’s a real luxury experience. The Agende itself is really high quality, the contrast stitching with the Tan colour is stunning and you can tell it’s been made well. I use my Agende daily, it fits so much and I love all the different pockets, card slots etc.
This would make for a beautiful gift for any occasion: birthdays, Christmas! I can’t recommend enough

Delivery date missed, money taken weeks ago, no communication & owner seems to spend more time marketing the product than fulfilling existing orders. I can’t even get my money back as no communication!

I ordered on September 2nd (in the first few minutes after launch (in the pre-sale)). It is now October 4th and I’ve not received the notebook. I was told on September 21st I would receive my book by September 22nd but that was a blatant lie.
All comments regarding this on social media are being hidden, and there has been no communication at all of what has gone wrong.
Many customers are talking to each other about these issues, flagging that we have been told that books are being shipped out, in order of purchase, when that isn’t true at all. As people that have been ordering more recently have already received their books.
I’m extremely disappointed, and frustrated with the lack of care and response from the customer care team.

Ordered on day 1 of going on sale, told would be dispatched by 15th September, still not here on 4th October. No reply to email sent to customer service. Very disappointing

Appalling experience !
Ordered 12 hrs after launch in the first pre sale with shipping 22nd Sept. Heard nothing about delays and sent so many emails to customer service who repeatedly told me I was in the Oct 5th pre sale which wasn’t the case. What makes me so angry is that the social media posts are pushing sales in more and more pre sales when they can’t fulfil the orders they already have. I would have so much more patience and respect if Isobel was to post about this and be honest instead of continuing to promote more pre sales and have the impression that everything is perfect. It’s very damaging to such a young brand to have such bad service and experience so early in and not address this

Terrible customer service from this company I’m afraid - no communication whatsoever regarding delays in dispatch after you have placed an order.

I ordered on 4th Sept having been told order would be dispatched by 22nd Sept. A week later when I had still heard nothing, I emailed customer service to ask what was going on to be told that I was confused about the delivery dates and my order would be dispatched by the 5th Oct. When I challenged this and provided evidence that my order was supposed to be dispatched by 22nd Sept as per their marketing, they offered to expedite my order to be dispatched by the 2nd Oct. Surprise surprise, this hasn’t happened so I have now requested a refund and to cancel my order.

Terrible way to run a business. I suspect they are prioritising influencers or well known people to dispatch orders to first and the little people will be left to last and fobbed off. They just need to be honest rather than making promises they won’t keep.

So very disappointing and not the way to make customers feel valued.

Terrible customer service. Pre ordered an Agende for 22nd September dispatch and it’s now 3rd Oct and still no Agende. Customer services emailed last week after me sending several emails to say it would be dispatched on 24th then the 25th and then later on Friday 25th they said it will be this week! Previously in one email they said it has already been delivered and then realised it hadn’t. The week is already over on a Friday. Several emails later this next week they eventually responded Friday Oct 2nd at 18.37 to say they’ll keep an eye out for my order and they are working on getting orders out this week. Again on a Friday at 18.37 the week is over! They are stalling for time and I don’t believe a word they say. They are most likely using templated responses. Good and honest communication is fundamental to building a good business otherwise your customers will lose confidence and trust and not want to re order. Just be honest as you should know where all the orders are up to. So 13 days late and still none the wiser as to when I will receive my £300 Agende!

Absolutely shocking customer service no response to 2 emails and whilst what I have purchased is nice once I do get the additional orders I certainly won’t be using again or recommending
