Age Care Bathrooms Anmeldelser

A very professional service from the initial contact to completed installation. Barry the surveyor was outstanding, presenting the various options helping us to decide on the best way forward. Our fitter Scott was excellent keeping us informed about what was happening and completing an excellent installation. Andy the electrician went out of his way to ensure we were fully operational in the shortest possible time. Following a problem with the newly fitted shower fitter Paul attended and fixed the problem very quickly. The office staff were superb throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company if you are considering a new disabiilty bathroom.

We had 5 separate quotes for a wet room. Er chose this company for design and price. The whole process from start to finish was superb. Start date given was adhered to. Owen, our fitter, went above and beyond to get things right, Very tidy, no mess. All looks good and is pratical. Telephone contact was friendly and helpful.

I asked for 3 quotes to install a walk-in bath. Age Care sent a brochure by return and Mollie phoned to check that it had arrived. I requested a survey visit and agreed a convenient date. Brian was meticulous in measuring up and constructing a sketch of what the installed bath would look like. A CAD image arrived the next day. By this time I was confident that Age Care was interested in me as a person rather than just a customer to boost sales figures; an impression given by other companies. There was a delay in delivering the order because of the Christmas shutdown by the manufacturer. I had to ring up to early in the New Year to get the installation date; Mollie answered my call, found out the date and rang me back. The installer was Owen, ably assisted by Lewis. I answered the door to Owen who stood there holding covering materials for the stairs and landing. They worked quickly whilst keeping informed at each stage to ensure the the configuration met my approval. Owen demonstrated the controls when installation was completed. Lewis cleaned the landing and stairs thoroughly and checked that I was happy with the job. They were both very pleasant; a joy to have around the house. Whilst I am unlikely to need Age Care's services again in my lifetime, I can recommend them unconditionally for those who may.

Friendly, knowlegeable company. Couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. Completely stress free. Highly recommended.

The fitter done an awesome job on my bathroom and left me totally amazed. I received top quality customer service from the fitter as well as by email. I always received a very timely response when I emailed my questions. They totally exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Really understood my needs and offered proactive solutions and then delivered ahead of schedule. The new bathroom has made my every day living simpler and more self sufficient. Thank you.

Very helpful from start to finish even when plans were altered half way through, they assisted and adjusted as needed and got the job done. Lovely polite engineers who carried out the job and left everything clean when they had finished.

After quite a serious accident, my mother required a complete re-fit to her bathroom. Without Age Care, I don’t think I could have remotely managed a project like that. All the staff at Age Care were knowledgeable, professional, patient through the process from the initial site visit, designing the new layout, choosing the materials, fit out and snagging. I cannot recommend Age Care highly enough. The workmanship is exceptional and they went out of their way to do the extra bits that we needed. I would 100% recommend and trust Age Care Bathrooms and say they’re worth every penny.

The company were with us every step of the way. The work done was top class and the walk in shower is perfect, just a ,bit of cleaning up after but then again that is only to be expected cos some of it was our mess as well. Would recommend them to others and if I need to, use them again which I don't think I will need to do

My experience with Age Care Bathrooms has been excellent and I am really enjoying my new bathroom - although, like another of your reviewers, I find the necessity to wash the walls unexpected and a bit of a chore for an elderly person. However, the quality of work was excellent and all staff, fitters and office, have been helpful, efficient, and friendly. I was impressed by the multi-skilled workmanship.

I would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms for their efficiency and courtesy
and quality of work.

I would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms

Excellent from start to finish. Our small bathroom needed updating and with us both not getting any younger we decided to have a wet room for ease, convenience and comfort. Barry the surveyor talked us through the process and then Scott and his team arrived on 6th January and transformed the bathroom in 3 days! The outcome was superb and eedless to say we are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend AgeCare to anyone wanting to do similar.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication throughout.
We are so thrilled with our new walk-in shower. It has made such a difference to our lives. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend
this company to family and friends.

We're so pleased with our new bathroom. An excellent job which has made such a difference to us. From start to finish everything was carried out in a very professional and considerate way. Special thanks to Lee, Lewis, Niamh, Amanda and Paul and all those behind the scenes. We would certainly recommend Age Care Bathrooms.

From initial phone call made by me till the completion of the job we had the most fantastic customer experience. Brian’s experienced advice helped us enormously. Communication from the office was clear, consistent and professional throughout. The work carried out by Harry with some help from Lee was outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased

Great communication from the company plus clear information provided regarding the installation.
Very helpful support staff and installer did and wonderful job, very kind and considerate.

Brian the surveyor was very helpful, gave invaluable advice on the design. Lee worked continuously installating the wet room and toilet doing a very professional job. Consulted during installation where items were fitted. Explained how all equipment worked. Removed all the waste and cleaned before leaving. A minor issue, the toilet seat is not quite central.
Would recommend age care bathrooms

The people were pleasant, helpful, professional, did what they said they'd do, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and provided a first-class service and product (walk in mobility shower) at a decent price. Most impressed!

Our bathroom was fitted last week & we just wanted to say what a fantastic job the men did. We are delighted with the finished project.

The team were a credit to your company. The way they worked, for the hours they did. They arrived when they said they would & did everything they said they would. They consulted us at every stage.

You should be congratulated on your workforce.

From our very first contact with the Company through to my final payment, communication has been superb. All staff extremely friendly, approachable & knowledgeable.

A small Company with whom it has been a pleasure dealing with.

Amazing company the fitter Harry was so respectful and kind. Highly recommend this company Thank you

Age Care did a wet-room refurbishment for a family member who lives in a care home. This company was as good as all the positive reviews report them to be. The workmen did an excellent and speedy job, with very little disturbance to the routine. The main person on site was sensitive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend Age Care to anyone who wants to re-do their bathroom.
