There were some great offers for gym equipment, so I bought a new bench. Delivery was very prompt and will definitely be using them 'Again' when I expand my home gym.

Great quality
Great quality, fast shipping.
Only issue was the delivery company which split the 7 parcels into 3 lots and took more than a week to find the last one.

Compatibility
Bought these as they fit the measurements for my rack (a mirafit M3 rack). The company emailed ahead of sending them to confirm I wanted this product cause I hadn't previously purchased the rack from them, and I was told I had nearly a month to return if the pin happened to be too big for my needs. All and all nice to see something like that and the product itself works grand used them for heavy bench alone and to eliminate walking out squats overall very pleased

Delivery partner is useless.
My order was due to be delivered last Monday it’s now 7 days late and each day they say it will be delivered but it never does. I cannot review the products as I still don’t have them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're very sorry to hear about the delivery issues that you've experienced. Our team are doing everything they can to resolve the situation for you, but unfortunately we have little control over the courier's operations, once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
We do expect better of our delivery partners and will be taking the matter further with them.
We're very sorry that we could not meet our usual high standards in this case.
Kind Regards

Ordered a bench that was reduced for pre-order, I haven't even opened it and they've reduced the price much further since - looks like I got drawn into an offer and overpaid.
